I purchased my vehicle February 2023. OMG, the dealership was fantastic. NCAM Akron made the purchase of the vehicle so much fun. I received the first call as soon as l clicked on the vehicle l wanted as l was searching. Unfortunately, l cannot remember his name right now. He was very respectful, honest, straightforward, fun and good.The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. But the person that was outstanding was MIke. When l did not want to come in again because the numbers and interest rate did not match "my bank account", l received a call from Mike. He stated that l should come in so that we can talk. I have never talked to him before, and this is after one week l eft the dealership. Mike was very good, knowledgeable, funny and did whatever it took to get me into my Mercedes with an outstanding rate and pay. When l left the second time, he called me and even got me better rate than l thought. Mike you are simply the best in car buying. If Mike did not call me back and persisted in his call despite how many times l could not make it to their office because of work and pointing out things that l did not know or see the beauty that Mercedes l would not have purchased this vehicle today. Mike made it possible. Thank you for getting me into my Mercedes and needless to say that l love it. NCAM Akron team, you guys rock. More
