Saying theres something wrong with it and it'll go to "auction" only to end up back on the lot. #2 they do not accept out of house financing #3 make sure you ask for the carfax they sell alot of rebuilt titles, salvage titles and cars with accidents, if its outrageously low pricing compared to others youll know why, they dont put the carfax/autocheck on places like cars.com for a reason #4 I had a truck for 1mo, they called me and said I couldnt afford it. I went to return it. She said let me try and figure something out. They hit my credit another 9x without my permission. Then tried to raise my monthly payment another $50. This is yo-yo financing at its finest. It wasn't i couldnt afford it, its that they were trying to get more money out of me. If I didnt say no the first time God knows how many more times it would of happened. Now I know what a shady dealership looks like! Owners own multiple locations kia of streetsboro, nissan of streetsboro and any that start with north coast. More
BEWARE READ LOW STARS FIRST. !!! 0 stars: I had an extremely negative and frankly alarming experience with North Coast Mitsubishi. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership DO NOT DO IT or proceed with extreme caution. On October 22, 2025, I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango Citadel from this dealership. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically reviewed the Carfax report with salesperson Malik Jenkins. The report noted prior damage, and I explicitly asked for more details. I was told there were no photos available and was assured, clearly and directly that the damage was minor and limited to the front bumper, purely cosmetic, and that the vehicle had been fully inspected. Within days of taking possession, the vehicle began making loud, unusual noises. Concerned, I eventually brought it to a certified Dodge dealership for inspection. What they found was shocking: structural damage to the front crossmember, a critical part of the vehicle’s subframe. This is not cosmetic damage, it is a serious safety issue. The component showed clear signs of prior impact and attempted repair and required full replacement. Let me be absolutely clear: structural/subframe damage is not “minor bumper damage.” It directly affects the safety, integrity, and value of the vehicle. Had I been told the truth, I would never have purchased this vehicle under any circumstances. The dealership is now claiming that I “understood there was prior structural damage.” That is completely false. At no point was structural damage disclosed. Instead, the damage was minimized and misrepresented. A signature on paperwork does not equal informed consent when material facts are misrepresented or withheld. This situation leaves only two possibilities: • The dealership knew about the structural damage and failed to disclose it, or • They failed to properly inspect the vehicle despite claiming that it had been inspected and was safe Either scenario is UNACCEPTABLE. I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with emails, phone calls, and even certified mail to management, but received no meaningful response or accountability. As a result of this experience, I am now dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs, diminished vehicle value, and the stress of having unknowingly driven an unsafe vehicle. This was not just poor customer service, this was deceptive and underhanded business conduct. Misrepresenting a vehicle’s condition, especially when it involves structural safety issues, is completely unacceptable. They’re claiming that because I initialed paperwork stating there was no damage, I’m now responsible for serious issues that didn’t even present themselves until days later; despite being told the vehicle was in good condition. An underhanded position that ignores the reality that no reasonable buyer would seek an inspection when the car appeared to run perfectly and was represented as sound. I would not trust this dealership to be transparent or honest about the condition of any vehicle they sell. BUYERS BEWARE! They also have a lot of complaints on AG site, I wish I had looked at that first. Pics show how I was driving and then claiming they did an inspection 🧐 DON’T FALL FOR OUT TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU BECAUSE THEY’LL JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU SIGNED/INITIALED AT PURCHASING. I WILL continue to update this post so potential buyers can beware More

I believe in reviews that share the good and bad and let others find help! With this being said I want to say Brooke Norman thank you!!!! I watch her run (literally) to make sure my request was getting done as I was throwing them at her. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. Nothing is perfect but good customer service and feeling heard and understood will go a long way. THANK YOU BROOKE!!!!!! 😊 More

Deceptive Practices and Hidden Damage – A Wasted Trip My recent experience with this dealership was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Te recent experience with this dealership was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Tesla Model S that they advertised with a clean CarFax report. Before making the two-hour drive, I specifically called and confirmed that there were no conditions to receive the listed price and that the vehicle had no prior damage. Both claims were explicitly denied over the phone. Given their assurances, I rented a car (as my previous vehicle was totaled) and drove four hours round trip for my appointment. The sales representative was friendly and the test drive went smoothly. However, when I expressed my interest in purchasing the car outright, the finance manager appeared and informed me that to get the advertised price, I would be required to finance through them. This was the first major red flag, directly contradicting what I was told earlier. As I was reviewing the finance terms, they then casually dropped the bombshell: the car actually had structural damage. When I immediately stated I was no longer interested, a manager came over and showed me an auction report that clearly documented this structural damage. Had they been transparent from the beginning about the financing requirement and, more importantly, the structural damage, I would have saved myself over four hours of driving, the cost of a rental car, and valuable time spent at their dealership. It's clear this dealership engages in deceptive practices, and based on other reviews I've since read, this appears to be a long-standing pattern of behavior. I strongly advise against giving them the benefit of the doubt. More
