I found a car online at this dealership that my son was interested in. After an hour drive we arrived at North Coast Mitsubishi and test drove the car. We decided to purchase it because we liked the car a interested in. After an hour drive we arrived at North Coast Mitsubishi and test drove the car. We decided to purchase it because we liked the car and it was a fair price. After agreeing to the price we told the salesman we were pre-approved for a car loan and our financing was in place. At this point, the sales manager told us we are not permitted to obtain our own financing and only they could find us our loan. They refused to sell us the car because we refused to let them find our financing. After we left, my wife called to see if they would accept our financing if they held the car until the check from our credit union cleared. They refused, My wife asked if we could pay cash for the car and she was told no. They will only sell a car if they find your financing. They would not accept funds from a Catholic Credit and would not call them to verify the legitimacy of our offer. We went there for one purpose, to buy a car, not to get a loan. This was terrible customer service and they clearly look only to line their own pockets at the expense of their customers. More

They had the service department write up made up problems like a leaking transfer case with no signs of a leak rear wheels throwing grease all over that it does not have any signs of either a transmission that is bad and won't last but I just had it serviced and the mechanic said was very sound. They are liars and cheats. More

Do not shop here if you are looking to actually make a deal. I understand they want to make as much money as they can, but be advised they are sticking you, the buyer, with hidden fees, so you are not getting the price you think you are paying. More

They made me go back and do another hard inquiry on my credit score for no reason literally sat on the phone and told me because I do not have a job and I am a college student and I have income every month that they can’t finance from me after weeks and months of sitting here back-and-forth with them on the phone to then be told that they can’t help me very unprofessional very rude. They do not return phone calls back they do not do anything. I will never refer anybody to this dealership. More
