I had a great experience at north coast auto mall. I had been looking around for a couple weeks and they had great prices on the vehicles I was looking for. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience at North Coast Auto Mall. The staff showed me a lot of hospitality, and they worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. They put forth an extra effort to get me the most money they could for my trade-in, get me the best deal on the vehicle I was purchasing, and to make my interaction with North Coast Auto Mall a very good experience. I was working with Gene via telephone and waiting for a carfax on a 2006 bmw 328xi. On 1/22/13, I received an email from John Randall stating that Gene no longer worked there and he would be glad to help. carfax on a 2006 bmw 328xi. I caught him up and requested the carfax and the answer to one question about the car. I let him know that I planned to take Friday the 25th off to make the 3.5 hour drive, but wanted the carfax first. I received a second email from him stating that he sent the carfax from a different email address and would prefer I used it instead. I let him know that I didn't receive the email or carfax and requested that he send it again. I never heard back from him. I used the website chat form to explain the situation and request the carfax or some information regarding whether or not the car was available, the carfax was available, etc. I received no follow-up. I am amazed that someone who is ready to buy a car from you is unable to get such simple follow through. I had already requested the day off, found out what I needed to bring in terms of payment, printed a map to your dealership, etc. I still don't know what the problem was and why no one would follow up with me, but it was pretty clear that my business was not wanted. I paid cash for a 2007 BMW 328xi from Don Ayres Honda in Fort Wayne on Friday. The customer service was exceptional and I was happy to support their dealership. More
