Gene was very helpful in finding just what i was looking for. The whole experience was very satisfying. We were looking to buy a nice low mileage used Sonata. NCAM had the best price that I could find in the area but I went into the experience a little apprehensive about how hard a sell we'd get. The only issue is that I'm paying nearly twice the blue book value for a 2001 PT Cruiser. North Coast did fix several issues on the car for free. When I ended up calling North Coast back for additional issues, and to make a payment, they were rude with me and short. I had to essentially ask them to be nice to me. I understand that they are busy, but I surely don't want to deal with this hassle for the next 28 months when I try to phone in payments or get repairs. Overall I would recommend this dealership, but you honestly need the money and patience to deal with them. More
