We visited North Coast Auto Mall from looking at their selection online. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly people. We ended up working with Mike Mazur. I had originally went in to buy a used car that was over 100,000 miles but they were able to work with my credit score to get me a bank loan. This dealership duped me into buying a wrecked car and made me think because my under the table job scenario that it was my only option. The wrecked part of the car was never shown to me. I didn't even know it had been in a wreck until I was signing the papers.(lesson learned) When I came to pick up the car the next morning I cried because I immediately noticed the damage. The supposed fender bender was never reported to car facts so we have no idea what happened. The car had 2 tires in the front with ware bars showing and one tire in the back that didn't match(too small) that I had already had to replace. The back right door has 2 dime size rust spots on it and its only 2 years old. We were rushed inside when looking the car over.(probably strategic) One of the sales people completely tried taking over the sale from another more honest salesperson. My credit is a 678 not amazing but surely enough to get approved with any dealership.(with the right income/cosigner) Conveniently I was able to get a second job this week to pay for the 130 dollar more a month(than I could budget) payment. So, if I would have waited just a week I could have actually bought a car from a reputable place. When I called about the problems that continually unveil I was told "The car was sold AS IS". I also think its quite convenient that the only remarks on this website are good ones when if you look at any other site the majority of the comments are bad ones. I also paid an extra 1700 dollars for an extended warranty. That was supposed to go in effect after the manufacturers warranty was up...well I just read the paperwork again and it explains in fine print that it overlaps my current warranty. The sales person explained that it would take over after the manufacturers was up. NOT!!! Whats the point? More hard earned money down the drain. Lesson learned, don't buy a car from a slum lord. More

Only in sales for a few weeks, I was impressed with his social skills and willingness to get me into the car I came in for. He was professional and courteous. He worked with me and his manager to get me into the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. I would gladly recommend Cory to anyone looking for a car and to work with this dealership. More
