Within 30 mins of them opening ameer azzam called me and asked about my inquiry. After a few mins he had all the info he needed. He called me back within 2 hours bc he knew I had to go to work and had me approved for financing. His monthly payments were great at a great rate. I came in 2 days later and everything he said over the phone was accurate. No hassles what so ever. He was very outgoing and friendly. Made the whole experience easy and painless. I was in and out in 2 hours with my new car. Go see ameer. He is worth it. More

most have frame damage, get YOUR OWN carfax! Most of the cars at this place have frame damage, that's how they offer "the best price". Fake carfaxes maybe? the service department is horrible too, I would not trust them to change oil. Seriously go somewhere else. More
Ameer was very friendly. We had researched our car ahead of our visit, but he provided a good overview of the vehicle features and gave use great directions for taking our test drive. We had our whole family there, and Ameer was patient with our little ones, offering suckers, drinks and television so that I could get through my paperwork. More
Scammy business.. difficult payment process.. shady practice I bought a car in January of 2013 and was told that the suspension and a few other problems would be fixed by their service department. I've been to t I bought a car in January of 2013 and was told that the suspension and a few other problems would be fixed by their service department. I've been to their service department 5 times already and still the suspension has noise. They seem to be unable to fix my problem. I started to investigate the problem between servicings myself and I have noticed that they are not actually replacing the parts that they have claimed to be replacing. They are only lubing the parts in hopes that I don't notice until the warranties are up. Then they blame it on mileage, road driving time, and the weather the past few days. If you buy a car that has a 30 day warranty you probably won't get the car fixed in those 30 days.. they will just lube it and lube it until the 30 days are up. Lubing the car masks the problems so that you don't hear them. It will not fix the problems. When I first bought the car the guy who had me sign the paperwork didn't let me read the paperwork. He acted really agitated when I asked to at least skim some of it. He stood by with a pen and flipped through the pages and told me where to sign. He also told me that the problems would be fixed if I bought the car. It has been a year and a half and still the problems haven't been fixed. When I went in to get the issues fixed, once they told me it was the sway bar bushings making all the suspension noise. Frustrated with their lack of repair, I took the car home and fixed the sway bar bushings myself. A bolt broke off so I had to weld the brackets on but the bushings were in place and spec. I dropped the car on some blocks before I welded to ensure spec torque. The suspension noise persisted. The sway bar wasn't the issue and I was given a misdiagnosis. When I went back to tell them this they told me to wait in their waiting room for another estimate. This estimate took 6 hours. Once I went back to investigate what was taking so long they told me, "oh, good news, it's fixed." I asked what the problem was and they said it was the sway bar. I asked how they replaced it or even got the brackets off and the bushings and they said they used tools and made a air ratchet symbol with their hands. I rebutted by telling them that it was impossible that they used tools because I welded the brackets on. They looked surprised and went back and about 6 people were talking and looking under my car on the lift. They came back and told me, "look, I can fix your car for a 100 dollar deductible, but we can't until a loaner car comes in." He told me that would take 3 to 5 days. Each day that I called he was very rude and short with me. So I fled a BBB claim. There very next day, only a few hours after BBB contacted them (my claim follow up lists any times the BBB contacts the business) I got a phone call and the guy was acting all buddy buddy telling me that my loaner car was ready and that he wanted to fix the car. My car is sitting in their garage for who knows how long and I hope they actually fix it this time. This business has been nothing but a headache for me. When I call to make payments they often don't answer and they hardly return phone calls. When I first started payments I had to go into the dealership just to make payments. When I did so they never liked to give me a receipt unless I pleaded. They would say things like their printer was down or that they didn't have a method of doing so.. You have to ask for confirmation numbers, paperwork, file history and so on. The Auto shop was even worse. I had to plead for him to make copies of the estimates so that I could have a written estimate. It seems that all this business likes to do is remind me how they are doing me a favor. They certainly aren't considering I've been in 5 times and the problem still isn't fixed. It is not my problem that they can't fully diagnose a suspension issue and fully repair it to spec. After all, that IS what I asked them to do. They want to play the step by step game and act like it MAY NOT be fixed after they work on it. That's an obvious game that many shady mechanics like to do. The interesting part about their scam is that they like to offer adding repair costs to your loan. This is great for poor people who have a hard time making ends meet like me. And it's even better for North Coast because they have been getting money out of me even though they haven't been actually fixing my car. They knew I'd either break down and default or I'd keep coming back for round 2 and 3.. 4, 5, and so on of repairs. And let's not be fooled by these phony reviews on here. The BBB, the FTC and the Ohio Attorney general has over 30 complaints each for similar issues, and some including disclosure issues. They don't like to air out information about wrecks, repair issues and warranties. Many people have been mislead by north coast. Not just me. These reviews are probably employees and their friends getting on here creating fake accounts to make them look good. This is a common business practice. I have filed a claim with the BBB, the FTC, the Attorney General, rip off report, and a few others. I hope they can do right and actually fix my car. When I was in college I had a lot more money and I was paying to have my dodge neon (a previous car) fixed at Goodyear. Goodyear was a great company because I never had to return to have the same thing fixed. I went in, dropped off the car, paid their price (and yes, they are expensive) but they fix it right. I've been a goodyear customer for 6 years. Now I can't afford it because I'm busy paying Northcoast 310 a month for a car that has mechanical issues. Let's face it. I'm paying 3x blue book and market value. My loan is "upside down" in financial terms. It's worth 2,900 plus or minus and I'm paying almost 10k out the door on a 2001 pt cruiser in poor condition. I was mislead by the repair promises and now the shop is delaying a timely and efficient repair. Their lies are also putting me in an unsafe vehicle. More
Ameer (Mike) was very helpful and personable. He really worked with the finance department to get me the payment I was looking for, and the car had already been priced very competitively. The only thing I worked with the finance department to get me the payment I was looking for, and the car had already been priced very competitively. The only thing I wish North Coast would've been able to do was get me a second key fob (I bought a vehicle that has smart entry, push-button start, remote start, etc.), but a second one didn't come included with the car when they bought it from the auction. I wish I would have asked that question before I agreed to their terms, but that was mostly my mistake. When I asked on the day I came to sign the papers and pick up the car, they were unwilling to purchase a second key fob for me. Like I said, I should have thought of that before I agreed. So, make sure if you go, you know exactly how many keys you are buying if you're getting a car with a fancy key fob. :) My car also didn't come with an owner's manual, but they agreed to send me one in the mail. Overall, I was very impressed with North Coast and Ameer's customer service. More
