I was in search of a good quality,good on gas,and something that I could afford. When I arrived on the lot Dalton Lindesmith he came to me with his assistance. He was very helpful with his experience on my search and he didn't stop till I was satisfied and drove off the lot with a goodcar with low mileage very clean and a good rating with car fax. 2011 ford fiesta ses This dealership is terrible. The car was filthy even though it was supposedly just out of the detail shop. It had french fries under the seats and le This dealership is terrible. The car was filthy even though it was supposedly just out of the detail shop. It had french fries under the seats and leaves built up under the hood. Even their cars on the showroom floor were filthy/dirty. The sales staff leaves just about everything to be desired, they are wandering around like a bunch of unknowledgeable sheep. They are always having to ask the manager about every simple question. Even the finance department didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. I simply wanted the car titled as a Michigan car and they refused saying that it must be put to an Ohio title, then I have to pay again to transfer it to Michigan (untrue this isn't my first car purchase out of state). On top of that when my bank called the dealership to finalize the details they were very rudely dealt with. Also I was told the paper work was complete and ready to sign yet it wasn't and too over 1.5 hours to get out of the dealer once I arrived. The car its self has mismatched worn out tires and is missing the spare and jack. Not what I would have put on the lot without at least new or better tires. For a much lower price I guess the car might have been acceptable but had I not driven 5 hours each way to pick the car up it would still be sitting on their lot. In summary, this dealership is a joke. Detail department... nonexistent. Knowledgeable staff... nonexistent. Quality cars as advertised... nonexistent. Save the effort and time and shop somewhere else that actually cares enough to wash the car you just paid $12,000 for. More

The worst credit and a broken down truck as a down payment. That morning on my way to work my 93 truck had broken down on me again. I was fed up and wanted something better but had terrible credit. I knew that my credit was going to prevent me from getting a vehicle or so I thought. I called north coast auto mall on a whim and spoke with a manager who put me into contact with Ameer. I was at work and couldn’t communicate properly so I was able to text Ameer and have my truck towed to the dealership. By the time I had gotten off of work they had my truck and paperwork ready to go. With my truck and a super small down payment they had vehicles ready for me to look at. All in all the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. This is a real review by the way not someone who works there. More
