I appreciate all the work that he did in gathering information about the vehicle, the car fax, detailing the vehicle, and making sure I had all the paperwork I needed. He offered me refreshments, but he was so busy getting my car ready, that he even missed his lunch time today. He's a hard working and going to do well in his career. Friendly and sincere. Car was in accident with frame damage We were interested in a Range Rover Evoque on the lot, didnt go there to see that vehicle but it car my wife’s eye. We had our trade evaluated (they We were interested in a Range Rover Evoque on the lot, didnt go there to see that vehicle but it car my wife’s eye. We had our trade evaluated (they gave us a number on a sheet with an options list that didnt include some big ticket options, which would have increased the value of our trade significantly). We talked numbers and were told the price of the Rover was not negotiable, not even one dollar. Went home and looked up the Rover and found it had been in an accident with reported frame damage. No mention of that at the dealership. Salesman was nice enough, but not being honest was an automatic disqualifier for me. Had the situation been reversed and our trade had reported frame damage, their offer would have been way less. We will find our Rover, but Ill never shop at this dealership again. More

Excellent Service! I came into North Coast Auto Mall just to get a look-see and to see where I stood in this auto buying world and I met Zack Hartzler. He was assigned to assist me and was a true gentleman from beginning to end! Zack listened to all my concerns, was very patient, informative, and accommodating! In as much as I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs, I enjoyed our discussions about life just as much! I don't believe that there could've been anyone more tailored for my visit than Zack! I remember walking away feeling that this is a young man of great character! Zack gave me a much needed "good feeling" about our young men...He is definitely an asset to North Coast!
