Salesperson was so patient! I was searching the market for a used Toyota Camry. I found what I was looking for at this dealership. When I got to the lot, they had so many excelle I was searching the market for a used Toyota Camry. I found what I was looking for at this dealership. My sales person Tony Kapper worked with me patiently all day looking through all of the inventory I was interested in as well as arranging test drives. In the end, I bought the Camry! I didn't have to spend hours making sure the finance department would actually approve my credit situation. I went in, test drove the car Kayla picked for me based on what I told her, finalized everything with the finance department, signed the papers and drove away. Wonderful hospitality, all around great service. Would recommend this place to anyone ! More

I was very happy with my mercury mountaineer I purchased. piece of junk cars Sold me a van that shakes all over among many other issues took into their service center for repairs they claimed they fixed it but same issue is goi Sold me a van that shakes all over among many other issues took into their service center for repairs they claimed they fixed it but same issue is going on with car now they want to charge 400-500 for repairs on top of my 415.00 a month car payment. They dont recondition these cars before they sell them they pass the cars issues to the next buyer to trap them in a car payment and to top it off they never call you back. So ive reported them to the BBB and im gonna file bankruptcy to get out of this piece of junk car and they wont get a dime more from me once thats completed. I hate you northcoast auto mall very unprofessional and irresponsible putting a family with 5 kids in a vehicle thats unsafe and unroad worthy. More
