The payments are reasonable and the car is amazing! Kayla was super nice to me on the phone and took care of all of my information before I even got there. Michael Mazur's customer service was exceptional. I didn't feel pressured at all and I felt like he was being straight up and honest the whole time, plus he got me a really good deal!!! Thanks, Mike! Simply AMAZING!!! Mike Mazur is just an awesome dude! Car salesman was Great !!! I went to NorthCoast Auto Mall in Akron in need of a car that same day, as my job requires me to drive a lot. I went in with low expectations due to p I went to NorthCoast Auto Mall in Akron in need of a car that same day, as my job requires me to drive a lot. I went in with low expectations due to past credit issues. I was immediately greeted by Tony Kapper who sat. Me down to discuss my situation. He was understanding and helpful. He immediately went to work on my behalf, he fought for my approval, he found me the perfect vehicle for my needs, and fought his superiors for the best deal for me. I am now the proud owner of a sweet 2014 Ford Escape with only 11,000 miles and an affordable payment. Tony offered to pick me up, take me home, and even spent time the next day to explain how to operate all the many options on my new car.
