My salesman was desperate for a review, so he got one. I chose this dealer due to the endless positive reviews and decent deals they had. My experience was the complete opposite. I was also nagged at putting in a review from salesman, Greg. Why he wanted a review from someone who went through this experience is beyond me, but here you are. Tue., 9/17: Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle on 9/21 at 9am. Wed. 9/18 - Fri. 9/20: Received calls from multiple salesmen, Greg and Jason, sometimes even twice a day, asking if I'm still coming in to look at the vehicle on 9/21 at 9am, in which I told them yes every time. In the midst of that, I called and asked for one of them early in the morning, can't remember who, and was told they'd give me a call back; they never did (Strike 1). Sat., 9/21: Drove 2.5 hours away to look at this vehicle with Greg. Greg tells me it's being serviced and it will not be ready to look at today (Strike 2); was claimed it was "just a wiring issue" and that it had already been serviced for a few days prior to this day. Sales manager, Dave, took me back to Service to look at vehicle and he tells me, "The technician did all the wiring wrong." (Strike 3) If the technician did "all the wiring wrong", that tells me A.) you really don't know what's going on and/or B.) what kind of technicians does this place hire? Had I just been browsing and wasn't in desperate need, I would've just left. But because it was exactly what I wanted/I was already there/and it was "just a wiring issue"/I was in desperate need for a vehicle, I purchased it with a $2k down payment. Dave also said vehicle would be done EOD Fri., 9/27. Fri., 9/27: Received call from Greg at 10am saying Ford is shipping in a part for Servicing to install and it won't be ready until Wed., 10/2 or Thu., 10/3. (Strike 4) Remember, I put a $2k deposit down on something that I don't have yet. Don't tell me it's going to be done on a day you don't know for sure. If you're not sure, be honest and say you don't know or get a better idea from Service. Wed., 10/2: Called Service to get a status update. Technician, Chris, told me they have no ETA on when it will be done (Strike 5) That's now a third different answer I received. Again, I put a $2k deposit on something 2 weeks ago that I still don't have. Fri., 10/4: Called Service to get one more status update; technician told me they'll have a better idea on an update by Mon., 10/7. (Strike 6) The fourth different answer. Had Service transfer me to front desk and told them my situation and that I want my money back. Front desk transferred me to Customer Service and I told them my situation. Customer Service Rep, Alexis/Alyssa (couldn't get the name), told me they don't have a refund policy. Customer Service Rep took my information to pass it on to manager. Manager, Dimitri, calls back 20 minutes later and tells me it *can* be done. Told him I will be up today to get my money back, but I'm still in dire need of a vehicle, so I looked at another vehicle Dimitri brought to Akron from Bedford and ended up purchasing it *only* because I still didn't have a functioning vehicle and I wanted it to be over. Drove off lot that day. --- Greg: Over-promised, under-delivered. Since he was assigned to me, he should've made sure the vehicle was ready to be looked at first thing Saturday morning before I drove up 2.5 hours away - he didn't. Told me vehicle will be ready the Wednesday/Thursday after 9/27 - it wasn't. Also kept nagging for a review after I told him twice I will do a review once my experience with the dealership is done and that I have the car in my possession. Dave: Over-promised, under-delivered. Told me vehicle would be done EOD Fri., 9/27; it wasn't. Really didn't want to deal with either of them two again. Chris: Informed me they have no ETA on when it will be done; didn't like the answer, but appreciated his honesty. Dimitri: I appreciated him bringing a vehicle down from Bedford, but was upset he refused to reduce the original price due to what I put up with. Josh/Jonah/Travis: The best contacts I had there. They did their work in a fast and efficient pace. Over-promising and under-delivering when it should be the polar opposite. Their communication between Sales and Servicing was downright awful. Was also never exactly told *what* was wrong with the first vehicle nor what work was being done to it despite purchasing for the vehicle. Two middle fingers up. More

I appreciate all the work that he did in gathering information about the vehicle, the car fax, detailing the vehicle, and making sure I had all the paperwork I needed. He offered me refreshments, but he was so busy getting my car ready, that he even missed his lunch time today. He's a hard working and going to do well in his career. Friendly and sincere. He has strong sales skills and a great attitude. More
