This place is an absolute nightmare! We bought an suv from this place in July 2017 and they showed us a clean car fax. Fast forward to now. We go to trade this suv in and the dealer we were trading into from this place in July 2017 and they showed us a clean car fax. Fast forward to now. We go to trade this suv in and the dealer we were trading into pulls up a car fax with Structural Damage! Car fax says it was disclosed to them when they bought it in April 2017 during a visual inspection but it wasn't revealed on car fax until November 2017...7 months later! We have tried calling them and we get no where, either a dead line, full voicemail or they hang up on us. Save your time and money! They are crooks! Zero stars would be more appropriate! More

Great Experience I had a bad experience at the Cleveland office regarding a similar car that I eventually purchased. The salesman was not personable and did not seem to know what he was selling. I then called the Akron office and spoke with Michael Mazur, who alleviated my concerns with the dealership. Michael really knew a lot about the cars he was selling and was very friendly and personable. He was very transparent about his thoughts on the vehicles I looked at and made helpful recommendations.
