My family went to the dealership last week to purchase a used SUV and a sedan, 2 cars. Everything was going amazing until I dealt with the manager, Brandon Greene. Completely rude to myself and my daughters used SUV and a sedan, 2 cars. Everything was going amazing until I dealt with the manager, Brandon Greene. Completely rude to myself and my daughters. We came in so excited to purchase both vehicles. He instantly got upset when we asked if there was any room for money off. We were literally looking for $250 off total and he rolled his eyes and walked away. We got our things and walked out. My daughters cried all day because they were so upset. We will never do business with North Coast again after this. Walked away from a 2 car deal over $250 and had he just been respectful, we would have still bought without any discount. Devastating to say the least. Terrible representative for North Coast. More
I recently wanted to buy a vehicle from this dealership, and still would potentially if I dealt with another manager. Salesman Trey was awesome but Brandon would’ve been fired on the spot if it was my deale and still would potentially if I dealt with another manager. Salesman Trey was awesome but Brandon would’ve been fired on the spot if it was my dealership for the way he communicated with us. He told me he has never paid sticker for the “35 cars” he has bought but said they won’t even discuss a discount “you don’t have to buy the car”. He also told me I had to finance the car with them and I couldn’t buy the car outright if I wanted to (never heard of that). I very well would’ve probably paid what they were asking for the vehicle if he just was nicer and made me feel comfortable. Worst sales experience I’ve eve experienced in any industry in my life. This man needs demoted or at minimum re trained for his position. More
The sales manager Brandon was very rude and condescending, I inquired about a 2022 Tesla Model S, I asked him if there was any room in the deal to come down off the sale price and he proceeded condescending, I inquired about a 2022 Tesla Model S, I asked him if there was any room in the deal to come down off the sale price and he proceeded to tell me very rudely that the price is the price and you can’t pay cash you have to finance so that they can make money off the reserve from the bank. Brandon also stated he’s bought 35 cars and never paid sticker for a vehicle, I myself have been in the car business for 7 years at one location and I’ve been a finance manager for the last 3 years, customer service is very important, if he wasn’t rude I probably would’ve just paid the asking price. The sales rep Trey Shaw deserved to sell a car today however his sales manager cost him a deal. More

Once you buy the car all of your customer service and nice guy tactics go out the window. There is no more assisting with a temp tag even if your state is moving slow. I would give zero stars if i could! They are scam artists. I was working with Emily to purchase a vehicle (out of state). She told me I had to do Lemon Squad for out of state purchases They are scam artists. I was working with Emily to purchase a vehicle (out of state). She told me I had to do Lemon Squad for out of state purchases and assured me over and over that the vehicle would be held for me because I ordered the Lemon Squad. I was ready to buy without it. I even asked her if I could put a deposit to make sure the vehicle was held. She told me it was not necessary and assured me again that the vehicle was mine. I submitted all my financial documents for the purchase. Then they turned around and sold the vehicle after I placed the order with Lemon Squad and got my financing started! And they would not refund my money, i had to chase after Lemon Squad to get my refund. Now they have my financial information to do who knows what with. Terrible business, scammers! More

Mark attempted to proceed with a purchase despite lacking the necessary documentation, yet he persisted in attempting to earn commission. I will never patronize their establishment again. They are dishonest and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. My experience with them has been nothing short of chaotic and disastrous. I am deeply disappointed in their actions. My credit took seven inquiries to be approved, but I was unable to utilize the approval due to the greed of individuals like Mark and Rose, who were dishonest with me. As a result, I am left with nothing, as I had previously stated. I am not angry; I am merely profoundly disappointed. More
I recently got a car from North Coast Mitsubishi and the buying process was great. But the service department sucks. Took my car in for a routine oil change and they messed up my front bumper. Showed me and buying process was great. But the service department sucks. Took my car in for a routine oil change and they messed up my front bumper. Showed me and said they would fix it, but never told their managers what was going on. The only reason the managers knew was because I told my finance company about it. When I went in to see if they got the bumper they never even ordered it, the service side that is. Finally 2 weeks later I call them and the bumper came in, but they never called me, I called them. Asked when I can bring my car in and get it fixed and said they would give me a car to drive while they fix mine. We'll they gave me a car and it was on E and had trash in it. Just dropped the whole ball if you ask me. So just very very disappointed with the service side and take what they say with a grain of salt now. Makes me not want to deal with them anymore. And I'm just talking about the service side. More
