Deceptive Practices and Hidden Damage – A Wasted Trip My recent experience with this dealership was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Tesla Model S that they advertised with a clean CarFax report. Before making the two-hour drive, I specifically called and confirmed that there were no conditions to receive the listed price and that the vehicle had no prior damage. Both claims were explicitly denied over the phone. Given their assurances, I rented a car (as my previous vehicle was totaled) and drove four hours round trip for my appointment. The sales representative was friendly and the test drive went smoothly. However, when I expressed my interest in purchasing the car outright, the finance manager appeared and informed me that to get the advertised price, I would be required to finance through them. This was the first major red flag, directly contradicting what I was told earlier. As I was reviewing the finance terms, they then casually dropped the bombshell: the car actually had structural damage. When I immediately stated I was no longer interested, a manager came over and showed me an auction report that clearly documented this structural damage. Had they been transparent from the beginning about the financing requirement and, more importantly, the structural damage, I would have saved myself over four hours of driving, the cost of a rental car, and valuable time spent at their dealership. It's clear this dealership engages in deceptive practices, and based on other reviews I've since read, this appears to be a long-standing pattern of behavior. I strongly advise against giving them the benefit of the doubt. More
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. After leaving dealership the had a malfunction with the blind spot. Since I’m 2 hours away decided just to take to local BMW dealership. Had another malfunction with the driver assist which was intermittent so I thought was due to the rain. On May 14th this issue was became non-stop. Took back to BMW on May 18th. I was told repair would be $1860.00 which North coast refused because over 30 days. I believe I was misinformed of issues and accidents that is vehicle has had. I do not believe they service nor look over these vehicles properly before sending them to the lot. Please go to the BBB website and read the reviews, all the same. I have filed a complaint. More

Even though I’m in Texas and the dealership is in Akron, OH, Jacob (Jake) made the entire process seamless. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, making sure all my questions were answered and I was completely comfortable with the purchase. Aaron in finance also did a fantastic job, securing a great APR and making the paperwork stress-free. They even arranged to have the vehicle certified by Lemon Squad, a third-party company, before shipping it to me. When the SUV arrived, it was in immaculate condition, just as promised. The team at North Coast Mitsubishi went above and beyond to ensure that even an out-of-state purchase felt smooth and trustworthy. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great car buying experience! More

Then they told us, because they had to, although they knew about the damage all along. They have the same car back up for sale now, with no mention of structural damage. What a shame for the next unsuspecting buyer. Another red flad is a reputable mechanic in town would not do a third party inspection for this dealership. They're nice as can be to your face, but don't be fooled. Run ! More
