Worst buying experience ever After I told the sales person what I was interested in the first thing he asked was “do you have a co-signer” when I told him I don’t think I will nee After I told the sales person what I was interested in the first thing he asked was “do you have a co-signer” when I told him I don’t think I will need one he asked if I could find one if I needed. Not a very good first impression when he was clearly judging me by the way I look and hadnt even tried to talk about the car or show me the car. He insisted that he run my credit before he showed the car. I knew I wanted this car so I agreed. When he found out that I could probably buy the car without a co signer he finally brought the car over. My wife and I decided we liked the car and wanted to buy it, even though we were uncomfortable with the way we were treated. When we finally got to the paperwork they slid the Carfax over for me to sign and I saw there was an accident where the air bags were deployed, against my better judgement I signed the paperwork. I feel like they should have mentioned the accident before I got to that point and they were trying to sneak it by me. The car was dirty and they wouldn’t wash it, I should not have to go straight from the dealership to the car wash. There was still bits of sticker on the Windshield. This was a $20,000 car! You need to wash it at the very least! Also only a quarter tank of gas in it. When we got home I noticed that the whole front end had been replaced, i guess this is my fault for not looking carefully enough. Also there is a gap somewhere in the windshield that lets air through, it gets loud when you get on the expressway. This should not happen with a car this expensive. Ever! My wife still likes the car so I suppose that makes things better. I just hope it’s safe if she ever gets in an accident. I would not recommend that anyone shop here after my experience. I could here the sales manager talking about customers loudly while I was sitting at the sales persons desk as well, I could go on and on. I used to be a car sales person and I know how a sale should go, this is not it at all. Run away from this place and go to an actual reputable dealer. More

Above and Beyond Expectations Kelsey and George went out of their way to help me get a car I would be happy with! I had below average credit and was a difficult sale. In the end th Kelsey and George went out of their way to help me get a car I would be happy with! I had below average credit and was a difficult sale. In the end they are helping me rebuild my credit,gave me a car I like ,reasonable monthly payment. No other dealership came close to putting a deal like this together for me.
