I found the car I was interested in, on-line and just scheduled a test drive. Sam was my Lucky Draw...and wow, did I get lucky. Don't rely on Luck - Call or Ask for Sam. Professional, personable, knowledgeable about cars, financing, and walks you through the whole process as quickly or as patiently as you want. It takes a team of folks to facilitate the car buying process. Sam shepherded the pieces and processes with skill, humor, and professionalism. In my case, there was a minor "crinkle" on one of the quarter panels as well as brakes that needed adjusting. Sam monitored the repairs, the Service Department did amazing work. There is always some nervousness when buying a car - especially a Used Car; I found Sam to be a man of Character, integrity, and can be trusted to deal honestly and fairly.
