I’m waiting to see how their service department handles an issue I had while test driving the car. The vehicle began to shake at speeds approaching 60 and got worse the faster I went. At least the service manager went for another test drive with me and noticed what I was observing and agreed. He seemed to think the rear tires were out of balance which made sense to me. Hopefully the issue will be resolved when the tires are rebalanced. My biggest concern is there may be something else causing the problem ( a CarFax report indicated the vehicle was in a rear end collision) and what will happen if the wheels were not problem and how it will handled. Otherwise, apart from any service issues, my experience went well and I’d recommend North Coast Auto in the future. More
