Good people This is my 2nd car from them. The first car (2008 jeep compass) I got 4 years ago on a buy here pay here. My credit was awful at that time. Successful This is my 2nd car from them. The first car (2008 jeep compass) I got 4 years ago on a buy here pay here. My credit was awful at that time. Successfully paid off the 1st car. Not a single missed payment or late payment. This time I walked in, I knew the exact car I wanted (2016 Chevy traverse) before I got there (browsed their inventory online). My credit was in a much better place. They got me in the car i wanted with less down and a much lower interest rate than my first car. a little higher monthly payment but that was expected since the first car was 7 years old with over 100k miles when I got it. This new car is only 3 years old with 25k miles. Overall, I'm happy. The new car is sharp. Clean. Drives like a dream. The staff was friendly. Sam was our guy. I felt bad, he was running around like crazy. The entire staff was. They had over 120 appointments that day. Even with all of the chaos, they still found time to chat and joke with me. It took 4hrs to complete the process because they were so busy. I wasnt even upset. They were working hard. Can't wait to pay this one off and get another. I'll definitely be back. More
