Made to Feel Like an APPRECIATED Customer!! Well, before I went to North East Auto Credit, I went to another car lot (that shall remain nameless). Come to find out, not only did they NOT honor my terms, but they kept showing me a car that I had no interest in. My brother suggested that I try NEAC from working with them in the past and let me tell you, I was beyond impressed. Number one, they treated me like a PERSON. Secondly, Ron, Migel, and Tony made my husband and I feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. When we test drove our car, we were HOOKED! Not only was it a beautiful car, but it is in great (perfect, really) condition with very, VERY low miles (lower miles than the other lot's offerings). I am hooked, from Tony working with me over the phone (which was so nice because I live in another county), to Migel working with us and giving sound advice, to Ron who was just so welcoming and working with us...I'm just going to say that if you want to do business with an honest, reliable, and just all around great team, NEAC is the lot for you. Then I heard your ad on 93.1 FM WZAK, went on line, had an appointment within the same week was approved for the car I chose the same day. The staff noticed a small problem with the car, an oil leak, and they kept the car to ensure it was in tip top condition before I took it home. The leak was fixed and I was able to pick the car up the following day. I was very satisfied and relieved and felt the staff had my best interest at heart! Thank you! More
