It was good!! I was initially introduced to Adam Miller. He is a great guy and he really went an extra mile to help me make my decision to purchase the car. I certainly did enjoy interacting with him and was one of the reasons(apart from the car) why I bought the car from the dealership. Unfortunately, can't say the same about the other person Ruvinov. I almost made my mind not to purchase the car because of him. Overall, it was a good experience !! More

One in a lifetime experience. I Am from Chicago and the Car dealer is in Cleveland, OH. I began my negotiations over the Internet with the salesmen named Jeremy. From the very begi I Am from Chicago and the Car dealer is in Cleveland, OH. I began my negotiations over the Internet with the salesmen named Jeremy. From the very beginning he was extremely professional. Two days later I drove for 5,5 hours to the North East Credit dealer. I was ready to buy and the truck was ready for me. When it came to making a payment I miscalculated the bills. Jeremy took the money to the cashier to count it again. They called me and told me the amount was right. I greatly appreciate their honesty. it is very hard to find that kind of people. There is not enough stars here for me to rate this salesmen. I would absolutely give him 10 stars. my experience was so wonderful that I will recommend Jeremy in a heart beat. I love my new truck and I am sure that one day we will travel again to purchase another car for my wife. More
