This dealership is as low, lying and unethical as it gets. They wrote me a letter saying that they had a specific need for 'three' of my specific car (year and model). The assistant manager called me an gets. They wrote me a letter saying that they had a specific need for 'three' of my specific car (year and model). The assistant manager called me and basically made an offer on the phone, asked me detailed questions about the car and told me when he would be there so that I could come by. When I did stop by, he hid in his office while one of the salespeople nervously informed me that the letter was simply a ploy to get me in and sell me a new car. Most amazingly, they did not really want to buy my car at all! A classic bait and switch!! They were incompetent and non-responsive when I bought my car from them a couple of years ago, allowing a temporary plate's date to lapse and refusing to help me as my new $80,000 Escalade became useless until I received permanent plates. I had resolved never to go back and should have listened to myself. Be smarter than me. Stay away. More
Very fair and upfront. The price was fair. You have to expect that the dealer has to make some profit. Unlike other dealers I have dealt with in the past there were no "games". I now have owned two Caddy's my first was an SRX , and currently a CTS. The dealership has always been helpfull, pleasant, and easy to work with.
