I went to a local Ford dealership to purchase a 2013 Shelby gt500,and made a deal with them and put down a deposit.A week later when i went to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork i was then tol Shelby gt500,and made a deal with them and put down a deposit.A week later when i went to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork i was then told a different price,and that there was a 15 thousand dollar fee to the dealer just to purchase the car. I then went to Norris Ford and spoke with Jeff Grossman who gave me a price and sent the purchase order to Ford on the spot.The next day Stan Ma called me and faxed me the confirmation from Ford for my car.I was given their first allocation and eight weeks later i had my car.My dealings in the begining and all thru the ordering and delivery process was honest and exceptional in every way. I brought my car in for a factory recall. Upon arrival my service advisor, Moe Qureshey walked right out to meet me. He retrieved that paperwork and brought my car in straight away.
