This was our second visit to NORRIS AUTO GROUP and our second interactions with Jim Rodgers during 2012. I was impressed with the professional atmosphere of NORRIS and the willingness to secure vehicles from their 'web' inventory. Most notably, our dealing and interaction with Jim Rodgers. He presents as very approachable and 'down to earth', absolutely no pretense. The deal for a previously owned Mazda 3 went very smooth in all aspects. The end result...a happy daughter (and mom & dad)! So when it came time for me to consider an up-grade (2004 Subaru 190,000 miles), there was no hesitation to contact Jim. After doing my personal research, Jim was very much 'on-board' to secure vehicles to test-drive, etc. Again I found Jim 'great' to work with: returning phone calls, positive communication, clean vehicles secured to test drive, basically all across the board positive experience. I am, presently, a proud owner of a previously owned Nissan Frontier thanks to NORRIS AUTO GROUP and Mr. Jim Rodgers. I have and will continue to tell my friends and associates of the positive dealings with NORRIS AUTO GROUP and Jim Rodgers! More
This is the only dealership that treated me as family. Others, once I drove the car off the lot they forgot me.They called after I had my vehicle to see if everything is ok. Norris ford was very friendly and easy to work with overall. Saw Stan Ma a week before I purchased my new focus. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly and was great to work with. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were not pressured into any particular car and given plenty of time to look around and great to work with. The 2012 Fiesta is a beautiful well made car car that looks sharp and drives well with good gas mileage I purchased the extended warranty and maintance plan that covers all maintance and repairs with towing meals and accomidations. I'll probibly Never need to use it seeing how I got 200,000 miles out of the Ford Focus bought at Norris Ford. I'll always go back to Noris Ford in Dundalk Maryland and see Roy Berkeridge when i want to buy a car. More
Mo and Duane are absolutely the best. Absolusolutely the worst and my family knew George Norris, Landy Cook and Norris as they were patients of my Father and Mrs. Cook a friend of my Mother. The way Martin treats employees in front of customers is horredoks and I also speak for Congresswoman Helen Bentley as I work for her and while my family bought Lincolns from Thompson and Thunderbird Landaus from Noriss I can tell you Gus Thompson, George Norris, and Landy Cook would not tolerate Martins behavior to employees in front of customers. On the other hand the rest of the staff at Norris to include Will Jeff Russ Chuck etc. are the only reason to come there and if it wasnt for Duane Moh and Jeff Grossman bothe myself and the Congreswoman would pull our busines and thats five Ford vehicles and buying another. In fact she is a friend of Bill Ford and I know Bill Ford as well because my trucking company moved all of Fords parts from overdess that came into the Port of Baltimore.amd we may write a letter to him commending the anbive ondividuals but certsinly not Rick Martin. Anyway please give Mo Duane Will ( finance) and Jeff Grossman the highest ratings possible. More

I have bought four vehicles at Norris Ford and have always had great service. The salesman I dealt with was Harvey Appleby and he was truely great. I had a warranty issue with the my vehicle. When I conntacted Moe Qureshey from Norris Ford he instructed me to have the vehicle towed to the dealership instead of driving there. Since Moe is aware that I needed my car back quickly he made the necessary arrangements to obtain the parts needed andscheduled the repair so I had my car back the same day. In the past four years I have purchased more than 10 vehicles from Norris Ford and wil continue to do so. From the time I walk into Norris Ford and meet with Stan Ma to workout the sale of the vehicle and Moe coordinating the service side of these vehicles I have yet to have aproblem or be left stranded.
