I am very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus SEL. I initially planned to purchase a vehicle using Ford's X-Plan, however, Norris was already offering a price below the X-Plan price a Ford Focus SEL. Unlike some of the mega-stores that are swarming with "slick" salesmen, Norris has a "hometown dealer" feel. Roy and Chris were both exceptionally nice and easy to talk to. If you want the "warehouse experience," Norris won't offer it. However, if you want to work with a friendly staff that won't hustle you through the process of buying a car, I'd recommend Norris. I will definitely visit Norris again for service and future purchases. More
