I went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife and our 4 children. I lest them know I was going to be deploying soon and I wanted to make sure my family had a good safe vehicle while I was gone. They said the vehicle was safe and had just been Maryland state inspected and passed with no issues- even though I never received an inspection report. I told them that I would like to purchase the vehicle but I wanted to make sure it had a warranty. They told me that they could sell me a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty that will cover all major components as well as roadside assistance and towing and rental car. I wound up purchasing the vehicle as well as the warranty. It was a 2017 expedition. I took it home and my wife drove it the next day and called me and said something is wrong, it's shaking violently. I took it to my mechanic and asked him to redo the inspection and check the entire vehicle. He sent me a report and it needed multiple things. one of them was a front wheel bearing! I called the warranty company and they sent out an inspector and he confirmed the mechanics findings. Then said the issues would not be covered because they were preexisting and the dealer should have never sold the vehicle like that! Keep in mind at this time I had the vehicle less than 5 days and 300 miles. So far they are not going to do anything about this. I do have the Maryland State Police inspector involved now. Way to take advantage of those that wear the uniform. I will make sure I tell all of my military friends to never purchase a car here. Absolutely despicable! More

Well, Norris Ford (and, in particular, EJ Schlesinger), made shopping for--and buying--a new car much easier and more pleasant than usual. When you start looking for a car, every dealership that gets your info reaches out and tries to sell you something. I had some criteria in mind for different models. EJ was the first to send me actual information on the cars he had or could get, and he really listened to what I wanted. We communicated--at my pace--for more than a week until I was ready to come in for a test drive. By the time I got there, I knew what I wanted. We discussed various options at the dealership and the other staff were helpful and understanding as well. When it came time to choose various warranties and options, the team listened to my thoughts and concerns and instead of trying to give me a "hard sell" on anything, talked me through the advantages and costs for everything. I ended up with what I wanted. Norris Ford isn't the closest Ford dealership to my house, but I intend to keep using them for service as well. They demonstrated that they weren't just trying to make a sale, but to make me comfortable with the vehicle I purchased. More
