Very positive I was experiencing trouble with downloading files in my Ford Escape Sync 3 system. I called David Emala Jr who is the service specialist at Norris For I was experiencing trouble with downloading files in my Ford Escape Sync 3 system. I called David Emala Jr who is the service specialist at Norris Ford. I explained to him what the problem was and was told to bring my vehicle in at my earliest convenience. Once I arrived David could not have been more courteous and friendly. I have on more than one occasion dealt with him and the result is always the same. After diagnosing the problem my vehicle was promptly serviced and after a pleasant goodbye I was on my way. More
