quick and easy I shopped online for the car I wanted. I called the dealership and I told then I was interested in coming in that day to look and hopefully buy the ca I shopped online for the car I wanted. Ryan told me that he was available then to help me and and had the car waiting for me by the time I arrived 30 minutes later. I made the purchase that afternoon - it was so seamless and easy. Helpful? Jason Willis Jason Willis 2 reviews in the last week Took my car there to have the catalytic converter replaced under the factory warranty. They replaced it and called to tell me that the other catalytic converter was bad so they had to order the part. If they knew my car had two then why not order two just in case instead of having me come back another day? They called to let me know that my part was in, meanwhile my car was at Carmax where I bought it because it wasn't running right. Carmax told me that the computer module had to be replaced by a Ford dealership so I asked if they could send it to Norris Ford and have them take care of the converter at the same time. While Norris Ford had my car for 5 weeks they told me "well this may be wrong so we are checking it" and that happened several times. I spoke with David as did Carmax reminding them to replace the converter while they had my car. They finally figured out what was wrong with my car after having it for close to 4 weeks at this point and sent it back to Carmax without replacing the converter then somehow had to order a another converter for my car. When they checked my car again and replaced the converter they figured out that a wiring harness in the intake had melted and that is what was causing the problem from the start.Needless to say I WILL NEVER deal with Norris Ford again because they are very incompetent! More

Together they made the purchase of my 2nd Ford Escape quick and efficient. Zo was very upfront and honest when I asked different questions as well as very responsive to my emails. My process started out through my Corporate Employee Perks which lead me to 3 Ford dealerships in my area, Norris was the only one who provided the exact vehicle I was looking for in the color I wanted so I started my process with them. The on-line salesperson misinformed me however on my appointment date Zo jumped in and found the vehicle I was looking for at a sister dealership and the process started to get that vehicle to Norris Ford from Sterling VA. Overall I feel my experience was positive and everyone involved went out of their way. More
