I took my 90 year old mothers Tucson for annual maintenance and to have the rear view mirror reattach. They had the car 8 days and fixed a window that would not roll up. when they called her to pic maintenance and to have the rear view mirror reattach. They had the car 8 days and fixed a window that would not roll up. when they called her to pick up the car, the rear view mirror was still hanging by the electric cord and they said I'd have to take it to a windshield repair place. I asked why they had the car for 8 days and i was told they were waiting on a part. Why didn't you send it to a repair shop for the rear view mirror while waiting instead of waiting 8 days to tell me I'd have to take it myself? More

If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. I received a purchase agreement for an agreed price. I verified, specifically, that the price included the document fees. Confirmed by Tanner and I received a purchase agreement for an agreed price. I verified, specifically, that the price included the document fees. Confirmed by Tanner and manager (voicemail, text and electronic correspondence). Then I receive a call from Garrett Marchette, used sales manager, stating they aren’t going to sell for the documented price. I was surprised by his curt and demeaning tone, and he was in no way apologetic for the retraction of agreement. He stated he was going “write people up” and that “they report to him and they messed up.” He then sends me a purchase agreement that did not have the dealership logo or address. I was hoping to meet face to face to determine if the phone call etiquette continued in person, but conveniently, he had to leave due to an emergency. Billy Gruver, Sales, was great, as he tried to navigate an already tough interaction. I was disappointed that he also retreated when he realized the dealership was not going to honor their end of the agreement. I did ask if he got written up as Garrett threatened, he said he did not. Chad Harris, Manager, was brought into the conversation and did apologize, but did not attempt to rectify all of the missteps by his team. Rather than take accountability, he blamed a separate department’s communication and the recent dealership acquisition (over 6 months earlier). Then he mansplained profit margins to me. He did recognize the poorly handled transaction and was cordial. I waited for 1.5hrs to speak with finance person. Received a text from Tanner during this time and explained what was going on and how it was being handled. I asked who authorized the original purchase agreement, “Sandy,” and I asked that he call Chad to resolve the communication and hierarchy issue. He stopped responding to texts after that. Went through with the sale on their terms. I decided to follow through with leaving a review when I got a call 42 days after purchase from Warren Berry. He stated that he needed my loan officer’s name and contact information because they hadn’t received the authorized check yet. I provided the contact information and called my financial institution. Warren informed them that they didn’t know where the payment was, my bank was able to identify the date the check cleared, 9/7/2023, and Norman Hyundai’s bank name. Don’t put yourself through this. There are other cars. More
