I initially found a Hyundai My experience with Norman Hyundai was incredibly frustrating and highly unprofessional, starting with deceptive pricing. I initially found a car advertised on Cars.com for $38,299. However, upon calling the dealership, the price was immediately inflated to $41,000. This misleading advertisement was upsetting from the start. Despite this, I had a pleasant conversation with a female representative over the phone. Yet, the very next day, when I chose to move forward with Regional Hyundai - Broken Arrow due to a transparent and upfront conversation with their salesman, Keven, the Norman Hyundai representative called me back. When I informed her of my decision, she abruptly hung up on me. This action was not only incredibly rude but also completely unprofessional. To advertise a false price, and then to rudely disconnect a call when a customer chooses another option, is unacceptable. My initial frustration over the bait-and-switch pricing was compounded by this disrespectful behavior. More

An engine air filter was recommended, but we declined it as this is something we can easily do ourselves. After leaving the dealership, we went right to the auto parts store to get one. When I opened the hood, I discovered the air filter housing was not closed after the tech replaced the dirty one post inspection. Had we not immediately installed a new one, we may have driven countless miles with the engine xxxxxxx in dirty air. This mistake could have drastically reduced the life of our car. We are not at all happy about this. More

Was working with Billy to get a deal on a Passat, after having another deal fall through last week on the exact same model I was happy to get one done. I had my credit app run, got my interest rate and having another deal fall through last week on the exact same model I was happy to get one done. I had my credit app run, got my interest rate and monthly payments squared away and was told he was going to work on the pricing a little bit for me and to call back for final numbers. Tried to call Thursday and was told they were too busy to talk. Finally got a hold of them Friday, only to be told the car had been sold. And asked if I wanted to go with a Cadillac instead. I appreciate the fact that Billy was working on a deal with me but the end results was still a car that I thought we were closing in on a deal on was sold by the time they told me to call back and finish the deal. i appreciate billy working on it and don't want it to sound like sour grapes, but there is a level of communication that I think wasn't there that should have been. I normally don't do this but I also want to shout out Logan, their finance guy, who told me he'd pulled strings with a friend he has at Ally Bank to get my interest changed to something much lower than it should have been. More
