Two weeks ago, I thought I had a deal on new car. Signed contracts etc. It did not go thru. NOT their fault. But, was lead to believe, as soon as I gave $500 down payment. We would be good to go. My buying experience has been filled with false promises and obvious lack of care. Worked out a deal over the phone/text and when I went in the offer was completely different at each step. Had an issue with the car that was to be fixed prior to final sale that became a multi month process. I will say they did provide a loaner vehicle however I have driven a loaner from them more than my own purchased vehicle since purchase two months ago. I requested multiple times to speak to the owner to express my issues and avoid leaving a bad review however even a direct email to the owner was ignored. I will say the brightest spot in this whole mess was the Service department! They worked hard to make the situation right. Brian in service went above and beyond multiple times to try and fix the issues that should not have been left for him to resolve. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. My experience and treatment by the sales and ownership staff was the classic example of a shady car dealership with bait and switch tactics! Save yourself the heartache and pain and learn from my mistakes. I should have walked in the beginning. Sometimes giving a company the benefit of the doubt and trying to look for the positives bites you and this time it did. More
