I came in on a busy day expecting to wait a very long time for an oil change. John came came out and got the process started right away. He had me in and out within a half hour. Both Q and Eddie were very helpful when it was decided my 1997 Camry had "terminal" problems. I have been to this dealership several times and have always been impressed with the quality of the service. John is no exception. After frequenting several other Toyota dealerships, I can say with confi always been impressed with the quality of the service. John is no exception. The service guys take the time to explain what your car needs and will give you a chance to ask any questions you might have. They never make you feel rushed, ignorant, or taken advantage of.
