We purchased a new Rav 4 at Norm Reed Toyota with the help of Ray Putros. Ray was very helpful and tried hard to make our experience as easy as possible. We can highly recommend Ray and Norm Reed Toyota.
Jason and Garrett were both amazing! Jason did everything in his power to get me the exact 4Runner I wanted. He was patient and extremely helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Garrett made sure I loved how it felt and drove once it was my 4runner was delivered and made the paperwork portion very quick and easy. He also helped me setup everything in the car. Both of them and their team are amazing and made the car purchasing process so easy with no added pressure they made sure I was happy with what I wanted. I’m definitely coming back to buy another car from them.
We had a great experience buying a car with Dennis. He gracefully walked us through the buying process and answered all our questions.
They worked until almost 11pm on a weeknight to try and find us our dream car. So thankful for the service they provided. Garrett was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He was patient with me as I changed my mind a few times and negotiated. He wasn’t just robot salesman hitting talking points. He was a real dude the entire time and not just the gimmicky salesman trying to up-sale. Got us in our dream vehicle!
