Taking Care of the Customer I stopped in the service department without an appointment because the check tire inflation light had come on. It was late in the day, around 5:30pm. I stopped in the service department without an appointment because the check tire inflation light had come on. It was late in the day, around 5:30pm. I was greeted by Jonathan Zuniga, a very helpful and friendly Customer Service Technician. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would get on it right away. A nail was discovered in the front left tire. They repaired it and I was on my way in no time. Rather than have me come in the next day, Jonathan wanted to make sure the problem was taken care of right away, which was very much appreciated! Employees lie Jonathan Zuniga are what make Toyota San Diego's Service Department so outstanding. More

I have worked with a few of the service advisors and while I've been happy with them; I now always ask for John Levy. His level of expertise, professionalism and customer service is top notch. I become very attached to my cars and keep them a LONG time (this is my third Corolla in 40 years) and John's experience and understanding has ensured my car is always in the best condition.
