Oil change appointment ( 2 hours wait) I can’t believe I had to wait 2 hours for a oil change when a day before I scheduled an appointment. After the service, I have to walk with my daughte I can’t believe I had to wait 2 hours for a oil change when a day before I scheduled an appointment. After the service, I have to walk with my daughter (2years) to get my car. They didn’t bring my car to the service area or a lil closer. The service guy didn’t know where was my car so he was looking with the car’s alarm. I’m so disappointed with the service. :( More

repair hit and run damage It took dealership only four days to repair the damage. The care looks wonderful without the dent and other minor scratches on the bumper. great service from Sal, but problems elsewhere I took my Prius to Norm Reeves for a regular service, plus an upgrade to the hybrid system to address a safety recall. When I had made my appointment I took my Prius to Norm Reeves for a regular service, plus an upgrade to the hybrid system to address a safety recall. When I had made my appointment over the phone, the agent assured me the car should be done by 1-2 pm at the latest. Unfortunately, when I dropped my car off, I was told it might take until 3 or 4 pm. Given that my dropoff was at 9:20 am, that's a big difference. It also cut very close to when I needed to pick my kid up from school. I told Sal about my concerns, and he suggested I rent a car and generously waved the rental car fee. However, when I went to get a car, I was told they only had cargo vans to rent. Massive cargo vans. The rental people told me to wait and see if regular cars would be dropped off. After an hour, still nothing. Then one of the rental people let slip that they had some cars but would not rent one to me because it was "possible my car would not be done that day" and they needed the cars to fill reservations the next day. I tried to tell them the timeline I had been quoted, but the rental people would not budge. I asked if this meant they did not trust their service people, and all I got was "my manager won't let me rent to you." I returned to Sal and he did his best to find a rental from a nearby agency for me, but no dice. However, he did save me by pushing the service people to speed up my service. In the end, I had to use the shuttle service but my car was done by 2:30 and my kid was picked up on time. Thank you Sal! In short, 5 stars for Sal and the service team, 1 star for the rental desk, so 3 stars overall. Don't go here on a Friday because they are too overwhelmed. And if you go here, ask for Sal. He will take care of you. More

Oil change/tire rotation Steven my service rep was amazing as usual. At the end the service department stated that 1 tire had a nail in it and was beyond repair. I took it across the street to discount tire where it was patched (and according to discount tire wasn’t in bad shape.). And it was patched for free. Saved me about 350.00 that Toyota would have charged for a new tire. Other than that, service was great at Toyota. More
