I will never take any car to Norm Reeves Toyota in San Diego again!!! After paying over $1700 for repairs, my dashboard came back with three trim pieces broken and a 2" hole in it that was not there when Diego again!!! After paying over $1700 for repairs, my dashboard came back with three trim pieces broken and a 2" hole in it that was not there when I dropped off the vehicle. I wasn't made aware of the damage and drove off the lot. It wasn't until 490 miles later that I noticed the damage and when I brought it up to the service advisor Luis, Service Manager Larry and General Manager David, all three accused me of damaging the car myself and they refused to fix all but one piece. My car went to the dealership with the dashboard intact, and it was returned to me broken and they refused to take responsibility for damage they caused. I am an honest person and expected honesty and professionalism, but this dealership is the epitome of the stereotype, unethical, uncaring, and only after your money. Their first response was to low ball me on buying it so they could turn around and make money off damaging my car. Overall horrible customer service, unresponsive, slow, unethical, and greedy. I can't say enough negative things about this dealership. Save yourself the money, stress, and grief and go anywhere but this dealership! I asked the general manager for his supervisor, and he has not responded. More
Mark Anthony helped me find my new 2024 Toyota Rav 4 AWD PRIME. He was super knowledgeable about the different options and helped me learn what every button does (i.e. sun roof, steering wheel heater, seat PRIME. I got to test drive two different models which was great. I was unsure of leasing or buying. Mark presented different lease options for me with clear explanation as well as purchase options. I was able to get the rebate of $6,500 that Toyota is offering on leases now which ends March 1st. Mark also thought of me in Gap insurance and was looking out for me. He was informative and responsive on emails, but he did not pressure me like can happen at a lot of places. I got the cargo liner and weather tech Toyota floor mats for durability. Mark was there every step of the way on my credit check, to explaining all documents, and walking me through financing. It can be hard to make decisions with all the options presented. Mark assists the buyer in getting the right car with the financing. You will be in excellent hands with Mark for getting your next Toyota. He has excellent customer service skills, and I am a happy customer. More

I recently bought a 2024 GR Corolla Hatchback that was eyeing out for awhile. Adrian was not only super nice but also very helpful! I walked in there and saw the car that I wanted in the show room and he eyeing out for awhile. Adrian was not only super nice but also very helpful! I walked in there and saw the car that I wanted in the show room and he approached me a great attitude, and gave me the information that I needed. I was able to test drive the car before I bought it and didn't have any second thoughts once! Very cool guy! It's an amazing car overall and the dealership along with the workers there are very supportive. I would definitely come back to get another vehicle! More

We went looking to buy a car and we were interested in the Toyota Corolla Cross. Sales Consultant Adrian Mendoza met us on the lot. From the time we met him until our purchase was complete Adrian was no pressure, honest, and went above and beyond with the sale. The Cross was not available and he had another employee that owned one on the lot. He was able to show us the car. We were impressed with what the car offered and began an online purchase with him. We were interested in a Hybrid but they were not available in CA at that time. Adrian kept us informed the whole way. When there was a delay with the Cross we had ordered he shared with us that the Hybrid was now available. Adrian worked with us and we are now proud owners of a Toyota Cross AWD Hybrid. More

They said there’s one coming in early Aug. I placed deposit early July. So, they called me this week and I just got the car July 26th! Less than a month. Excellent staff. Thank you Arvind and Toyota team. No hassle, no stress. Love it! 😍 More
