Mark Anthony helped me get the exact car I wanted - an automatic 2024 Premium GR-86 in Raven black. A lot of other dealerships said that I should get a different color or go with the manual, one dealershi automatic 2024 Premium GR-86 in Raven black. Mark called me, told me to come in and test drive the car and if I loved it him and the Norm Reeves dealership would find the car I wanted and get it for me. Sure enough the test drive was great, and the dealership traded one of their cars to another dealership in exchange for my GR-86. Mark picked it up for me and picked me up in my new car from my work. He went above and beyond and was very low pressure the entire time, making it an enjoyable experience! More

Who knew the first dealer I made contact with in my search would be the one who offered me the best deal. That in itself is a testament to how easy it was to work with Mark. Everything was upfront, no surprises. He wasnt trying to hide anything and offered me an itemized out the door price when asked. Negotiation was upfront and he worked to give me the best possible deal. Believe me, after making the reservation, I went to work to see if this deal Mark Anthony offered was the best. I contacted almost every dealer in California, Nevada, Oregon who had the car I was looking for in stock and no one was as straightforward and upfront about everything like Mark. Nobody could beat what he offered, and nobody was as easy to deal with as Mark. I honestly never expected car buying to be so easy - Mark was fair and as honest as he could possibly be. Did everything over phone and email, no pressure to come in to get the best deal. Picking up my Sienna was as smoooth as it could have been. Mark took his time after the purchase was done to take me through the vehicle and explain to be what everything was. Previous dealerships just gave us the car and literally said read the manual. I appreciate that Mark was respectful of my time and he never wasted any of it. He worked hard to find the specific car I wanted (and I had a lot if criteria) and found it when no other dealer in San Diego could find it. I will never take any car to Norm Reeves Toyota in San Diego again!!! After paying over $1700 for repairs, my dashboard came back with three trim pieces broken and a 2" hole in it that was not there when Diego again!!! After paying over $1700 for repairs, my dashboard came back with three trim pieces broken and a 2" hole in it that was not there when I dropped off the vehicle. I wasn't made aware of the damage and drove off the lot. It wasn't until 490 miles later that I noticed the damage and when I brought it up to the service advisor Luis, Service Manager Larry and General Manager David, all three accused me of damaging the car myself and they refused to fix all but one piece. My car went to the dealership with the dashboard intact, and it was returned to me broken and they refused to take responsibility for damage they caused. I am an honest person and expected honesty and professionalism, but this dealership is the epitome of the stereotype, unethical, uncaring, and only after your money. Their first response was to low ball me on buying it so they could turn around and make money off damaging my car. Overall horrible customer service, unresponsive, slow, unethical, and greedy. I can't say enough negative things about this dealership. Save yourself the money, stress, and grief and go anywhere but this dealership! I asked the general manager for his supervisor, and he has not responded. More
