Terrible Appt time was 7:30 for 25,000 maintenance. It took almost 2 hours for tire rotation and fluid top off. Also was. Charged $25 for this service because I was not under 25,000 miles. I own 2 new Toyota vehicles and drive 30 miles to come for service at this dealership. This experience causes me to question the value of using Toyota for service and perhaps future car purchases employees are friendly however situations should cause reflection and responses that make sense even if the normal practices are established. I asked to check front brakes closely because I had noticed some shaking under heavy braking and previous service visits had shown that the pads were starting to get thin. Q called me promptly with results of brake inspection, and I gave the go-ahead to replace the pads and surface the rotors. All work (including added brake job) was completed by the original promised time. More

All my service experience has been successful and my estimated price has never been more than what they said they would do. The wait time is appropriate and they have free shuttle service to take you where you need to go. Being a single girl, I feel very comfortable taking my car here and with Javier helping me.
