Mark Anthony helped me get the exact car I wanted - an automatic 2024 Premium GR-86 in Raven black. A lot of other dealerships said that I should get a different color or go with the manual, one dealershi automatic 2024 Premium GR-86 in Raven black. Mark called me, told me to come in and test drive the car and if I loved it him and the Norm Reeves dealership would find the car I wanted and get it for me. Sure enough the test drive was great, and the dealership traded one of their cars to another dealership in exchange for my GR-86. Mark picked it up for me and picked me up in my new car from my work. He went above and beyond and was very low pressure the entire time, making it an enjoyable experience! More

Everything was upfront, no surprises. He wasnt trying to hide anything and offered me an itemized out the door price when asked. Negotiation was upfront and he worked to give me the best possible deal. Believe me, after making the reservation, I went to work to see if this deal Mark Anthony offered was the best. I contacted almost every dealer in California, Nevada, Oregon who had the car I was looking for in stock and no one was as straightforward and upfront about everything like Mark. Nobody could beat what he offered, and nobody was as easy to deal with as Mark. I honestly never expected car buying to be so easy - Mark was fair and as honest as he could possibly be. Did everything over phone and email, no pressure to come in to get the best deal. Picking up my Sienna was as smoooth as it could have been.
