Mark Anthony was incredible to work with. I was looking for a specific 2024 Sequoia and Mark worked his magic. When I got there at the dealership, Mark was great from beginning to end. Working with him was a pleasure. I also had a great experience with the finance manager Luis as well. I have had this car for 3 weeks and it is still full of gas. This is great! My frustration comes as a result of one of the Norm Reeves sales persons was less than forthcoming/lied about ease of EV filling gas. This is great! My frustration comes as a result of one of the Norm Reeves sales persons was less than forthcoming/lied about ease of EV filling stations, car return policy, and will not return calls and emails. He even told me to meet him at the dealership the Monday after buying the car to discuss some details, but never showed up and did not return emails/calls. I’m an older person who had never driven a hybrid vehicle before and was hesitant to buy one. Sales person made it seem easy. He told me to just take New RAV4 Prime home and plug it in to the dryer outlet. Also said it’s easy to fill up at any EV station. However, the EV stations like EVGo don’t fit the new Toyota RAV4 Prime. You have to find a station that fits your car, none of which are convenient to me. You need an adapter which is costly. I’m still figuring out which one to buy on Amazon; Reeves parts does not know which adapter fits. Am having a licensed electrician install an EV electric line from my beaker box to where the car is which is very costly. I can’t just plug the car in to the dryer outlet as it is too far from the parking area. Very frustrating. Why didn’t the salesman mention this? Had he just said something I could have saved time, energy, and frustration. The dealership ought to supply the correct adapter with the sale of the vehicle. I can’t see traveling long distances and not having EV filling stations along the way that fit this car. It’s crazy. They do supply one that fits a 110 only which does work, but takes many hours to fully charge (usually over night). In addition, this new vehicle had to be towed in to Norm Reeves after only 2 days of buying it due to a malfunction of the alarm system. Service had to remove the tracking system, said a refund was forthcoming (as did the finance department), but no refund came. I would like to return this car. Not a good experience so far. More
