I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz at Norm Reeves Hyundai in Irving and from the time I walked through the door the customer service was second to none! In all of years of buying cars I have Reeves Hyundai in Irving and from the time I walked through the door the customer service was second to none! Meanwhile there are other salesmen walking up and down with no work. I start complaining and another rude manager Larry Chase is extremely rude and ask me to leave for complaining. Their car lot is full of unsold vehicles. No wonder with a sales team like this! Definitely would not recommend. I had actually come to make a deal and brought my checkbook. Glad I didn't. More
