Good experience I made an appointment online and took it in the next day. I had a coupon, as I am a registered customer. Fred called me and reminded me that the next major service was coming up in a few thousand miles, and that the related hoses and belts were starting to look worn. He gave me price estimates. I said I needed to call my husband and get his advice. My husband said to wait on it until he could take a look. When I called back, there was no pressure whatsoever. He said they would get it finished up and send the shuttle back. More

I am happy with the car, but the communication skills of the salesman could use a brush-up. He is very affable, but, after the sale, he did not respond to inquiries in a timely manner, or at all. Very disappointing. Overall, this dealership is a good one. I would not recommend them, partly because I try to refrain from recommending anything or anyone, just because I like it.
