Although I made an appointment with my favorite Service Rep, Fred Height, each person I came in co serviced yesterday and it was a great experience. While I was waiting they had various areas to sit, eat or plug ins to use wi-fi. Fred periodically checked in with me to give me updates on the servicing of my car.
