I was very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle and the attention to detail. I was very pleased to see that they took the time to vacuum and wash my vehicle after the work was finished. I thought it was going to be a long wait but they got me in and out quite fast which was Great since I had to get back to work. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! More

Everything I expect and more The last time I went in it was for a tire sensor just because of who they are a quick check was done and my battery was nearing the end of its life. T The last time I went in it was for a tire sensor just because of who they are a quick check was done and my battery was nearing the end of its life. Thanks to the service tech I replaced my battery went ahead and got my inspection while I was there and my tire sensor corrected. In the past once my car was out of warrant I didn't see the need to go to the dealer for routine checks. The staff at Huggins is so great I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. More

Service department & attempting to buy a new car I was in the service dept. for the 2nd time this morning for them to fix what they screwed up the first time. Service man came into waiting room and h I was in the service dept. for the 2nd time this morning for them to fix what they screwed up the first time. Service man came into waiting room and hit upon a rather pretty young woman. He commenced telling her about "Joe T. Garcias" and what great margaritas they had. He then gave his phone number to her. This young lady was VERY uncomfortable and nervous. She asked me "if this was allowed" and I told her hopefully not and was very unprofessional. Secondly, I am interested in buying a new CRV and no one was interested in selling me one. One salesman started showing me a car then said he was busy and turned me over to another salesman who never came to see me. I'm hoping Huggins can pay for the new construction they are under but won't be able to with service such as this. Thirdly, I took my car in for a "recall" and while doing so they performed a "safety check" and wanted to charge me an astronomical fee for all they found wrong! I observed EVERY customer treated like this in the 5 1/2 hours I was in the waiting room. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. More

We own a fleet of Hondas. Two of them required the 100,000 mile timing belt / water pump preventive maintenance package within the last 6 months (a 2004 Accord and 2007 Accord). I have worked with 100,000 mile timing belt / water pump preventive maintenance package within the last 6 months (a 2004 Accord and 2007 Accord). I have worked with Brian McBroom for regular service visits recently, so I went to him for assistance with scheduling and handling these visits as well. I had to reschedule a couple of times for one of the vehicles - without hesitation, Thomas Suby stepped in to assist as Brian was unavailable. The 2007 Accord was also at the end of its warranty period. Brian's service team did a comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle to find anything that might require repair and might be a potential warranty issue. A front end suspension issue was found and also repaired at no cost due to warranty coverage. The Huggins Honda Service Department is strong on customer support and service, one of the primary reasons we continue to take all of our automobile needs and issues to them. More
