The advisor said that maybe I should replace the cabin air filter because it was dirty. I asked him about the engine air filter and he said "no, that one is fine". He could have just said "yes, you should go ahead" and charge $70-90 more, but instead he gave me an honest answer. I plan to continue servicing my car there. More

When I arrived I was immediately met by a service rep. I was accompanied to the waiting area and told about the breakfast bar available. The service was done quickly. My service rep recommended that based on the mileage that I should have my transmission serviced which I agreed to do. What really impressed me was that when that was completed my service rep told me I could use my coupon for 10% off everything instead of the discount on the oil change because it would be more. I did not even have to ask! More
