Good experience I made an appointment online and took it in the next day. I had a coupon, as I am a registered customer. I was able to use the courtesy shuttle, as it was projected to take a little longer than I wanted to wait. The driver was very nice on both rides. Fred called me and reminded me that the next major service was coming up in a few thousand miles, and that the related hoses and belts were starting to look worn. He gave me price estimates. I said I needed to call my husband and get his advice. My husband said to wait on it until he could take a look. When I called back, there was no pressure whatsoever. He said they would get it finished up and send the shuttle back. More
Great customer service I swore I would never step foot in any Honda dealership since I bought my Honda in 2010 at another dealership. Due to a recall I chose Huggins. I think the service scheduling is misleading online but after waiting a couple of hours, Derek saw how upset I was and promptly fixed the problem. If I were to buy a Honda again, I would choose Huggins. Thanks again Derek for turning a bad situation into something positive. More

I am happy with the car, but the communication skills of the salesman could use a brush-up. He is very affable, but, after the sale, he did not respond to inquiries in a timely manner, or at all. Very disappointing. Overall, this dealership is a good one. I would not recommend them, partly because I try to refrain from recommending anything or anyone, just because I like it. Overcharge for Power Steering work. I brought in my Odyssey for a timing belt and water pump replacement. I feel like they gave me a fair price for the package after getting a couple of I brought in my Odyssey for a timing belt and water pump replacement. I feel like they gave me a fair price for the package after getting a couple of quotes. However, it was clear that the "additional items" that were going to be needed once they had the car in the shop 1) were in part caused by the work that was done 2) did not provide any labor credit for duplicate work 3) included additional duplicate charges for work that should be included as part of another service that was required. They power steering hose was not leaking prior to the work or if it was it was definitely not leaking to the extent it leaked after the service. (the evidence was on my garage floor). If they caused the issue to worsen they should have offered to replace the hose at no additional labor or at a minimum provided a reduced labor for this item (Estimate was $377.06 and parts are around $150). In addition they wanted to charge me to change the power steering fluid ($114.19). I had to have my power steering pump replaced last year due to a common factory defect at Huggins. I would have thought that the fluid would have been replaced during that service and/or included in the cost to replace the high pressure hose. To Charge almost $500 while the had everything apart already is not reasonable. While there were a couple of other service items that may have been legit (spark plugs due for replacement and valve adjustments). I did not feel comfortable with the charges outlined. I would much prefer to pay a little more for dealer to do the work but decided to go to a local mechanic that I know is not going charge for duplicate work or items. More
