With no car payments for many years, it was a difficult decision to step into that "crazy" world of wheeling-an-dealing and dealing with the stereotypical nuance that many used-car sales representative are labeled with. I have to say that I was very nervous that we would get a rude/inattentive/assuming person! We had a VERY short period of time where we could look for cars, pressured with that only made our nerves more hectic. We did some quick researching on what we liked and started out the door to look. We had gone to another dealer before coming to Huggins, liking a car there but still unsure, we drove to Huggins after our daughter mentioned that they were having a end of month sale. When we arrived we were not bombarded by sales representatives, Jackie approached us slowly and calmly. Letting us breath and take in the place and what was available. I have been to places where as soon as I get out of my car I have someone up my a**, at which point I can not take a quick look at what is there. Jackie allowed us to look at what we were interested and not what she wanted us to buy. Jackie caught a couple indicators on where our taste was lying and steered us that way, going out of her way to make our shopping more pleasurable. Jackie was very knowledgeable on car functions and made sure to physically show us how to do a couple of things. When it came time to "finish" the deal, Jackie worked with us on getting a reasonable trade-in and worked to get the price down a little more because of a few minor scratches. I met Yvette Garza and was pleased how smoothly our paperwork went, she explained everything to us in a professional manner. I have to say that this has been the easiest purchase of a car for us! Thanks to Jackie! She went out of her way to accommodate us, she even bought us a bottle of touch-up paint! Now how sweet is that?! Thanks Huggins and Much Aloha to Jackie! More
I paid $480 of which $312 was for labor. I got an oil change and the regular vehicle inspection checklist. Not all of the items on the checklist were actually checked. My battery had to be replaced a w change and the regular vehicle inspection checklist. Not all of the items on the checklist were actually checked. My battery had to be replaced a week later, but they rated it as in the green. They were suppose to rotate my tires and they did not. I know this because my car was hit by another car the month before and I had just gotten it back from Mortiz Collison and they replaced the tire on the side that was hit. Mr. Williams said that Moritz did not do the job right and tried to get me to buy new tires. I said no and went back to Moritz, only to find out that I paid over $400 for work that was not done. They showed me the tires and they were in the same order Moritz showed me when they placed them before my visit to Huggins. On the inspection Huggins said I needed 4 tires, but I had just purchased new tires the month before, before my car was hit. The only tire that needed to be replaced because of the accident was replaced by Moritz. I will never go there again. When I asked the supervisor why it cost so much for labor he said it was because they service my car through the express lane where the labor cost more. Never again! More
I had a problem w/ my visor and needed an oil change and am new to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I looked at reviews and Huggins was the top rated dealer in the area. WIth that being said, they exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff (Mark and several others) were extremely friendly, and helped me fix my visor free of charge. Additionally, when changing the oil they pointed out that my wheel had a serious issue (large cut in it). Instead of charging me, they suggested I call the place where I got the tire from (Firestone) and have them fulfill their warranty. I am impressed that they didn't try and pressure me to buy a tire from them. As a result of this experience I will DEFINITELY be coming back for regular check-ups. I love these guys. More

Even some of them were rude and would not negotiate with us because they worked for "Honda". I had the opportunity to find my car through Huggin's website. When I called to inquire about it, Jackie Schmidt answered any questions we had. She was very patient and helpful, trying to give us the best price. We never felt forced into anything we did not feel comfortable with. We recommend her to anyone and wish her the best in her job! More

When we were greeted by a sales consultant, she (Jackie Schmidt) was extremely pleasant, thoroughly informative and unbelievably patient as she answered all of our many questions. Having spent the day before at another DFW area Honda dealership, the switch to Huggins (and Mrs. Schmidt in particular) was the right choice not only financially (as the Huggins price for my vehicle was the best in the metroplex), but also in terms of overall experience in buying a new vehicle (generally, I’d rather have a root canal than deal with auto dealerships). Mrs. Schmidt greatly assisted in removing huge amounts of stress in purchasing a new vehicle. She talked us through payment options and purchase prices, and her natural concern for customers getting the best deal possible really made us glad that it was she who walked out to meet us. As we were closing our deal with finance department, Mrs. Schmidt was dutifully ensuring that our vehicle was detailed inside and out, and put the new temporary tags on for us. As we told her, from a buyer’s perspective, it’s a bit of a crapshoot whenever you go to a dealership, you could get a lazy (in terms of not trying to help you get a good deal) and impersonal sales agent just as easily as you could get a great one. We are so glad that we got her. Should you decide to buy a vehicle from this dealership, consider using her as your salesperson. More

I had been looking for a car all day an had some pretty bad sales reps, but when I got to Huggins Honda, Joe greeted us immediately with such high energy and enthusiasm! This is my first car I have ever bo bad sales reps, but when I got to Huggins Honda, Joe greeted us immediately with such high energy and enthusiasm! This is my first car I have ever bought or had and he was just so amazing! Joe was super helpful! He was able to find me a car with everything I needed and the best part was that he definitely helped me find a car around my price range, considering I am a college student supporting myself financially. Everyone there was so helpful and nice! Definitely gave me a family feel to it!! I am definitely overjoyed with the service I received and would recommend all my friends and family to Joe and Huggins Honda! More

Joe was great, complete no pressure sale. Joe made me feel that he was interested helping me find what I wanted. I had my own financing and he didn't even try a high pressure sale on thier financing. Simply asked "if they could beat it would I take it?" I submitted an app and they beat the APR on my pre approval. They didn't give me what i wanted on my trade in, but i got within $300 of it. Other dealers I have been to don't listen to what you say, they just continue the sales pitch and run over your concerns. With Joe it was like shopping with a friend. I knew he was going to make money on the sale of the car, but after how smooth everything went I was glad he did. I got a great car that I love, at a price I can brag about at work. I will be back to Huggins for all my Hondas. I am officially a Honda guy. More
