Great set of guys to work with from beginning to end. My wife and I drove up from San Antonio and Casey had the car waiting for us as soon as we arrived. We were there on a Saturday (the busiest of car shopping days) and we were in and out quickly with the attention we needed. We even had an issue with a lost title but Mark helped us with the paperwork so we could leave our trade in Richland Hills and still take the vehicle we bought back home to San Antonio that day. Amazing staff from a well run family organization. This dealership will be around for years to come. Thanks Huggins Honda! More

Service department & attempting to buy a new car I was in the service dept. for the 2nd time this morning for them to fix what they screwed up the first time. Service man came into waiting room and h I was in the service dept. for the 2nd time this morning for them to fix what they screwed up the first time. Service man came into waiting room and hit upon a rather pretty young woman. He commenced telling her about "Joe T. Garcias" and what great margaritas they had. He then gave his phone number to her. This young lady was VERY uncomfortable and nervous. She asked me "if this was allowed" and I told her hopefully not and was very unprofessional. Secondly, I am interested in buying a new CRV and no one was interested in selling me one. One salesman started showing me a car then said he was busy and turned me over to another salesman who never came to see me. I'm hoping Huggins can pay for the new construction they are under but won't be able to with service such as this. Thirdly, I took my car in for a "recall" and while doing so they performed a "safety check" and wanted to charge me an astronomical fee for all they found wrong! I observed EVERY customer treated like this in the 5 1/2 hours I was in the waiting room. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. More
Bad Experience - didn't buy They will lie to you when they call. They can customer representative (CSR) or call center guys to call you and talk about the price. Even after that when you reach there your Fleet Sales Manager won't agree on that. For my case CSR called me and I asked what colors do you have for my chosen trim of Accord and she told me that they have 4 colors (4 cars also). But when I reach there I was surprised that Fleet Sales Manager didn't get any notification about my appointment made with CSR. Even after that the Fleet Manager (the lady was Candy Grantham) was rude and not interested to make the deal. I purchased same Accrod same year same model same trim from other near by Dealer with less price than Huggins Honda offered. I went in the Dealership (from where I bought) at 7 pm and left at 12am and I think this is the reason Candy Grantham wasn't even interested to negotiation the price. Also after reaching there I was not greeted. Fleet manager told me that they have only 1 color/car/trim of 14' Accord. But my question is to Huggins Honda, that, why CSR told me that they have 4 cars/colors in same trim. Whenever I asked that I was told that you have 4 cars/colors in same trim, Candy Grantham was telling me that 'I am telling you that' we have only one. What is this.. are Huggins Honda's employees working individually.. aren't they corporate... isn't there any sync between/inside employees/firm.. This was my very dis-satisfactory and unpleasant visit of mine to this dealership. I know that Huggins Honda is not one man show/firm.. there are lot of Sales Manager (new/used section) and could be possible that you find good representative there for your time... But whom I visited her behavior gave me first & last impression about Huggins Honda. More

Absolutely worst experience ever Salesman lied. I tried calling for 3 weeks. Told my license plate was mailed. It wasn't. When I went in to have my car programmed. Since the POS sal Salesman lied. Had the car 3 weeks! Promised a loaner when I went back THE NEXT DAY. And no one knew why we were there,,,, license plate was there,, but they had to find it because it was checked out. Now they have my car,,, they can't recreate the error. really? I thought it needed an update???? Liars!! Then they said my phone was not compatible!! The I5,, good thing I have the 4. Now what is the excuse for the phone not working. And the radio???? OMG. More

They Lie to Get You In the Door I'm looking for a used car and I found one on their website that I liked. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes only to find out that they already sold th I'm looking for a used car and I found one on their website that I liked. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes only to find out that they already sold the car, so I called them and asked if the car was still available. They said YES! Come in and ask for Randy and he'll take care of you. I got a phone call from Randy literally 2 minutes before we showed up where he left a message where he said "...you might have some interest in a Jeep Patriot that we have..." I have the voicemail recording and this is a direct quote. So we walk in the door and ask for Randy. After making us sit for a few minutes for who knows why, he comes back and tells me that the Jeep sold last night. LAST NIGHT. Whoever I talked to on the phone either outright lied to me, or just didn't care enough to check. Then Randy called and left me a voicemail almost an hour later without any mention of the vehicle being sold. In fact, he specifically said "...a Jeep Patriot that we have..." Not had (past tense). Have (present tense). I know dealerships intentionally leave cars posted online after they've been sold because it lures people into the dealership where they might be able to sell them a different vehicle. But for me to call and ask about the availability of a specific car and be lied to is completely unacceptable. I wasted almost 2 hours of my day thanks to these people. Let's face it; if you can't trust a car dealership with something as simple as which cars they have for sale, how can you trust them on anything else? I didn't rate them on Quality of Work or Price because I never got that far. After I realized the very first communication I had with them was dishonest, I walked right out and left. More
