I have very pleasant experience with Huggins and with Myron. I got the minivan with the price that is very reasonable. If you did your research you know what I am talking about. I have a price agreed by email and took the vehicle delivery with finance for 1.5 hours from the time we get out from our house. No pushing sales on accessories or extended warranty either. Definitely take what Huggins Honda tells you with a grain of salt. They apparently hold the customer in little regard and had no problem wasting an evening of my family's time. We are all *extremely* busy, and finding time for one of us to be out of the house is often a real challenge. This is a copy of an email I sent to them. I, of course, received no reply. This speaks volumes about Huggins' lack of concern for the customer. A simple apology would have been all it would take to keep our business. "I am still in the market for a Fit Sport. I test drove one at another dealership, and liked it. Since this will be a family car, my wife asked to test drive a Fit Sport to see if she likes it too. I wish I could say I was happier with your dealership, but right now I am not. I called and spoke to Richard Barlow and specifically asked if a Fit Sport was on the lot and available to test drive. He said yes, there was one. I asked him to double-check. He even made sure it wasn't sold. Satisfied that there was one to test drive, my wife immediately drove from our home in Grapevine to test drive it. When she arrived at your dealership, she was informed that there was no Fit to test drive. She told me that the Fit you had was not yet certified to test drive. I don't mean to sound petty, but we both rearranged our schedules tonight so she could go and test drive a Fit at your dealership. I even canceled prearranged plans in order to stay with our toddler daughter. I realize the Fit is quite often sold the moment it hits the lot, but a bit of basic checking would have told you that there was no Fit available to test drive, and would have saved my wife a wasted trip. So, while we are still interested in the Fit, we now have a rather dim view of Huggins Honda. There are many places to buy a Honda, and we will look elsewhere to buy our Honda. Thank you" Happily, Freeman Honda came through where Huggins did not. We'll be buying from Freeman instead of Huggins, even though Freeman is much further from our house. More
Numerous routine service visits have been excellent. On one occasion I reported a rub through on my leather seat. Although the car was a month out of warranty. Many other dealers failed to respond to email, or insisted on talking by phone or through another method. Of those who worked with us, Huggins won the bid. We spent only a couple hours, including a test drive, at the dealership to buy our new van. They were very pleasant, the process went smoothly, and we have been VERY satisfied with our experience, and our new van. <br><br>We had a luggage rack and trailer hitch installed. They kept the van for a day to do that. We've had no problems with them. More
