2007 Civic slow to start. I brought in my daughter's 2007 Civic due to a slow starting issue. The service rep asked several pertinent questions and made several recommendations. I had then check the charging system first. The battery and charging system checked out as healthy. The car had almost 80,000 miles on it and the last time in had been tuned was five years previously. I asked for a tune-up service and fuel system flush. Todd recommended that the throttle body be decarbonized as well. I got the car back the same day and the engine starts quickly and cleanly again. I am very happy with the results. More

Work has always been done in a timely manner and have not had any problems needing a subsequent visit (except for an early manufacturing defect). Service advisers are always professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They have kept my Fit fit for over 120,000 miles, and I will continue to have it serviced here as long as I have this car. FANTASTIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I had some service coupons and brought in my filthy 05 Civic to Huggins for Airbag-Upgrade, oil change, Radio-recoding and tire-rotatiion. They put me in a brand-new Acura as a Courtesy-Vehicle, accomplished the service and washed my Civic so clean I hardly recognized it! The bill for everything WAS UNDER FIFTY-BUCKS, and there was absolutely no-pressure to spend a nickle on things I did not come in for. We also want to commend Dustin with the Finance Department who not only helped my daughter to lower her car payment and got her a better deal after she had already purchased her car but, he did the same with us. Out-Of-Town Online Purchase After exhausting my local options, I went online to purchase my new vehicle. I had a good experience purchasing my last car online, so I decided that After exhausting my local options, I went online to purchase my new vehicle. I had a good experience purchasing my last car online, so I decided that I would try it again. I clicked on eight or so Honda dealerships, and Huggins' straight-up, drive-out pricing impressed me the most. The next test would be whether or not they were willing to accept financing from an out-of-town credit union. Kelly Denham worked with my credit union, and all the paperwork was done within a day or so. We set a date for me to pick up the car, and Kelly graciously offered for someone from the dealership to pick me up from the airport. Long story short . . . when I arrived at the dealership I was pleased that they did not try to push additional add-ons or protection coverage. So, in a nutshell I have to say that my experience with Huggins was excellent. Kudos to Kelly (internet sales) & Kyle (finance). More
