Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Gustavo worked with us on our trade, answered all of our questions, and at no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable with any part of the experience - he was extremely friendly and personable, and he genuinely had our best interests at heart. We would strongly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Tyler in Finance was also extremely helpful. Very personable and friendly, he gave us several options, explained everything in detail to us, and once again - we felt very comfortable with the entire experience and that he was looking out for our family's best interest. Mark in the finance office was pleasant and easy to work with also. Kelly remarked that they appreciated our business especially because they realized that we had driven 40 miles to get there, passing by at least five other Honda dealers on the way. Not only did Huggins provide this superior level of service, they also offered the lowest price in the Metroplex (and believe me, we called them all). It was well worth the trip! More

He made sure I knew how the process worked, he took the time to explain to me how they do things compared to other dealerships, he made sure I was getting a fair price compared to other prices on the same vehicle I was looking at, and he complimented me, which helped, even if it was a sales tactic. This could not have been a better experience as a first time buyer. John knows his stuff and is incredible at his job. I will be referring anyone I know looking for a car to him. More
Salesman and Manager Help Resolve Several Issues We recently purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from Huggins. Gus Rodriguez was my salesperson and he was awesome. So we take the vehicle out of town the next We recently purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from Huggins. Gus Rodriguez was my salesperson and he was awesome. So we take the vehicle out of town the next day and the check engine light comes on. I immediately call Gus, and he puts in a ticket. We also had some other issue pop up as well. I dropped the car off at the service department with the list of things that we monitored. So once they did the inspection and saw the CAT Converter needed to be replaced they stopped the inspection because that part was under GMC warranty and they couldn't touch it. The service department also seemed very intent on trying to fix as little as possible even though we were under warranty and had the car less than a month. After getting the car fixed at a GMC dealership they came back with a list of items they thought needed to be fixed or corrected. At this point I am ready to have a few words, but I calmly met with Gus and he brought the issue to his manager Kody Farmer. He took the car back in, and made sure that the car would be thoroughly checked out, and put us in a loaner car until then. I finally felt like I didn't have to defend myself for a car I bought from them. This situation could have been better, but it also could have been a lot worse. More

He had the car in stock (we came to buy black on black). We ended up buying silver on black instead. Love the car! I highly recommend Nav for purchasing Honda cars at Huggins Honda. I will do business with Nav again in the future and refer him to anyone interested in purchasing Honda vehicles. More
Car Buying should be like the way Huggins Honda Back around Christmas of 2015 I was in the market looking for an SUV, test drove Highlander, Pathfinder, Santa Fe and Pilot 2016 model. After quite a Back around Christmas of 2015 I was in the market looking for an SUV, test drove Highlander, Pathfinder, Santa Fe and Pilot 2016 model. After quite a bit of research we decided to get the Pilot, the dealer from where i test drove did not even bother to contact me to know if i was interested in buying, i went to few other dealerships in the DFW area to look at other Pilot trims, dealers were not willing to let us test drive if they did feel we would buy the vehicle on that day. Finally we decided on a trim and started getting some Internet quotes, again none of the dealers were willing to quote a price, most of them would call and say it is either MSRP or above. I requested a quote from Costco and got a call from Kelly Denham from Huggins Honda, he was very straight forward and quoted me a price on the phone and followed up with text messages and said the savings are more than Costco, i did some more research to make sure he is giving me the price that Costco would offer, he was right, the price was better than the Costco by few hundred dollars. Again, just for the heck of it, i reached out to dealers in Austin, SanAntonio, Houston and OKC, again the same thing, no one would give me a price or would not even bother to call. I felt Honda is losing it's reputation on the customer service front, i strongly feel Honda Dealerships are not too far from being rated the worst dealerships while they have best vehicles. Coming back to Huggins, i met Kelly, he was very professional, we agreed on the price and other things, due to the high demand of the Pilots, they had to do a factory order and asked me for a deposit. it took 12 weeks to get the vehicle. Nothing has changed in pricing since i first met Kelly and he gave me a written quote. He called me when the vehicle arrived, we were there for less than 1 hr 30 mins. But i was not satisfied with their finance guy. I highly recommend Huggins and Kelly Denham. CAR BUYING SHOULD BE LIKE THE WAY HUGGINS HONDA TREATS IT'S CUSTOMERS. More
