2007 Civic slow to start. I brought in my daughter's 2007 Civic due to a slow starting issue. The service rep asked several pertinent questions and made several recommendations I brought in my daughter's 2007 Civic due to a slow starting issue. The service rep asked several pertinent questions and made several recommendations. I had then check the charging system first. The battery and charging system checked out as healthy. The car had almost 80,000 miles on it and the last time in had been tuned was five years previously. I asked for a tune-up service and fuel system flush. Todd recommended that the throttle body be decarbonized as well. I got the car back the same day and the engine starts quickly and cleanly again. I am very happy with the results. More

Work has always been done in a timely manner and have not had any problems needing a subsequent visit (except for an early manufacturing defect). Service advisers are always professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They have kept my Fit fit for over 120,000 miles, and I will continue to have it serviced here as long as I have this car.
