I found a beautiful 2009 Honda Accord that is pristine and bought it sight unseen we had so much in Justin Walker's recommendation. He is a very honorable man, and we are so glad we did it. The car is absolutely beautiful. It's 7 years old, with 56,000 miles and looks like it's right off the showroom floor. I have a car that's only a few years old and this car looks newer than mine! Not a single scratch on it - I don't know if they repaired the dents on it or if the people never got a dent on it! Anyway, all I had to do at Huggins was fill out a few forms and write a check for it. What a very smooth transaction! I would definitely go to them the first time the next time I buy a Honda! More

The salesperson and sales manager responded fairly to competitive pricing information we were able to provide as well as to our need to have certain warranties included with our purchase. We felt that we got a very fair deal. A couple of weeks after purchase the van we noticed a star-crack in the windshield. Upon attempting to have it repaired, we learned that the damage was done before we purchased the vehicle and had already been repaired. Months later the damage spread to cover a third of the windshield. Although my insurance agent doubted that the dealer would do anything about it since glass damage was not covered by the warranty, the dealership actually had the window replaced, and split the cost with me. A brand new windshield only cost me $150, replacement labor included. I call that standing behind what you sell. Thanks Gus! More

I was provided with an out the door price from the outset and it beat every other dealer. I did not find any other dealer that would give me an out the door price without first coming in to the dealership. I have two kids under the age of 5 and dealing with the Internet sales department saved a ton of headache with having to manage two kids in a dealership. If you have had a bad experience with a dealership it is because you did not go to Huggins. Other dealers will try to get you into their dealership by saying that they will beat another dealers offer but I doubt that they have the follow through that is found at Huggins. At no time did Huggins pressure me to buy a car from them even when I dealt with the main floor sales staff. More

Talked to Gus before coming in and he met us once we arrived. He answered all of our questions and was our "lawyer" when it came time to talk to the "judge" during negociations (thanks Gus!). These guys treated us like family and are more concerned we are happy and satisfied than anything else. Would HIGHLY recommend Huggins and Gus in particular. Thanks guys and we will be back as we are not buying new cars anymore, certified used all the way for us! More

A very kind and friendly sales person named Gustavo (Gus) Rodriguez asked if he might could help us. I let him know my daughter and I were just looking at used Civics. He showed us several cars. My daughter noticed a bright blue one that she fell in love with. It was Honda Certified. We test drove it and returned to the dealership. I found a few little items that I asked to be repaired and added. Gus said no problem I will have it all taken care of. And he did! Gus is fantastic!!!
