This time, however, was much different. The sales crew (Sheri and Kelly) were knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and made the experience pleasurable. This was the fastest car buying purchase I have ever made and I have bought many cars over the years. There was no haggling over the price...no 'let me take it to my manager and see what we can do'. I was given a walk-out price before I even stepped foot on the lot which got me in the door and eventually earned my business. Would I go back to Huggins Honda? You bet! Would I recommend to all my family friends to purchase their next car from them? Absolutely! More

I was interested in the Honda Odyssey because of its capacity to hold three car seats I began my search for the Honda Odyssey using Huggins website. I was interested in the Honda Odyssey because of its capacity to hold three car seats comfortably in the second row. I began an online chat regarding the Odyssey and was directed to Sheri Ballard. Sheri heard my concerns and we met to look for ourselves. Sheri helped my husband put the car seats in one of the vans in the showroom. We experimented with the widening seats and were very impressed with how comfortably the car seats fit. Sheri was very thorough and showed us every feature from front to back as well as the different trim packages. Sheri was very professional, informative, honest, friendly and warm. It was very apparent that Sheri heard my concerns for family in vehicles. Sheri never pressured us and was a pleasure as we purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Sheri was the best and in fact we plan to work with her again in the very near future for a second vehicle for my husband. More

Service Dept Engages In Rigging Your Car For Repairs I took my Honda Fit for an oil change at Huggins...NO LIGHTS ON NOTHING...Waited over 2 hours..Service Guy came back ready to go..then said oh wait..y I took my Honda Fit for an oil change at Huggins...NO LIGHTS ON NOTHING...Waited over 2 hours..Service Guy came back ready to go..then said oh wait..you have a Check Engine Light On..Let me take it back and check it..THEN came back..SAID you need Spark Plugs..do you want to get them now..I said NO..he cleared it and light went off..week later came back on..I called...waited for Service Guy to Call me back..NEVER DID..Called again..SAME THING..Two weeks later...light goes off..week later came back on ..car lost power...I parked it..Called a local shop that I know owner..took it in..Mechanic SHOWED me as he looked for the issue....Spark Plug was almost completely unscrewed out of the motor...LOL..Mechanic was in shock..HE SAID WHO has been working on your car BECAUSE A SPARK PLUG DOES NOT UNSCREW ITSELF IN A 2011 HONDA...LOL..COST ME $500 to get it fixed..HMMMMMM..WONDER HOW IT CAME OUT? LOL..HUGGINS SERVICE DEPT IS A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS...PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE..IF I HAD DRIVEN MY CAR JUST A LITTLE FURTHER..THE ENGINE WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DESTROYED..STILL PAYING FOR THE CAR...LOL..HUGGINS HONDA SERVICE IS PURE CRAP! So after returning to Fort Worth after being away 12 years, and needing a new car. I set about doing research as to price and of course, Yelping all the Honda dealers in the DFW area. I found that Huggins had competitive pricing. I located a gorgeous white CRV with a good price and emailed the dealer. My salesman, Matthew Nunn, responded timely to my inquiry. He sent the out-the-door price. I wanted a CRV that had limited fancy stuff and I got exactly what I desired. He worked with me with my stubborn husband on a price for our trade-ins. He came very close to the amount my husband wouldn't back down from and the husband agreed to it. The rest was easy-peasy. Matt is a wonderful fellow, very personable and charming. Not pushy in the least which is good as my husband has had horrific car-buying experiences in his 70 years and was prepared for a nightmare. Matt made the entire experience pleasant and even my hard-to-please husband was happy. Our financing was processed by Juan Medina, another wonderful young man, very well-spoken and charming. I'm old so charming works for me. He explained all the financing options and got us a great rate. Overall the experience was seamless and pain-free. We drove off in our new CRV and we are very pleased. More
